Claims (3)
- 구동모터(30)에 의해 구동되는 기어박스(10)의 불량 위치 판별 장치(100)로서,상기 구동모터(30)의 구동전류를 측정하기 위한 전류측정부(110)와;상기 기어박스(10)를 구성하는 기어들의 기어비로부터 각 기어들의 고유주파수를 알아내고, 상기 측정된 구동전류의 데이터를 상기 고유주파수 대역별로 추출하는 제어부(120)와;상기 구동전류의 데이터에 대한 파형도를 출력하기 위한 출력부(130)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스(10)의 불량 위치 판별 장치.
- 전원공급부(20) 및 구동모터(30)에 의해 구동되는 기어박스(10)의 불량 위치 판별 방법으로서,(a) 상기 기어박스(10)가 구동되는 상태에서 구동모터(30)의 구동전류를 측정하는 단계와(S 10);(b) 상기 기어박스(10)를 구성하는 기어들의 기어비로부터 각 기어들의 고유주파수를 알아내고, 상기 측정된 구동전류의 데이터를 상기 고유주파수 대역별로 추출하는 단계와(S 20);(c) 추출된 주파수별 구동전류 데이터를 기준 데이터와 비교하여 불량이 발생한 기어를 식별하는 단계(S 30 ~ S 40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스(10)의 불량 위치 판별 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계에서상기 구동전류 데이터 및 상기 기준 데이터를 시간 영역(time domain)에파형도로서 표시하고, 각 파형도를 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스(10)의 불량 위치 판별 방법.
