Claims (4)
- 연료를 연소시켜 화염을 형성시키는 버너;외주면에 전열핀이 결합된 다수의 난방수배관으로 이루어져 상기 버너로부터 발생한 연소가스와 1차로 열교환이 이루어지는 제1열교환부;외주면에 전열핀이 결합된 다수의 난방수배관으로 이루어져 상기 제1열교환부에서 열교환을 마친 연소가스와 2차로 열교환이 이루어지는 제2열교환부;상기 제1열교환부와 제2열교환부 사이에 연소실을 형성하며 제1열교환부를 통과한 연소가스의 온도를 하강시키는 공간부;를 포함하되,상기 제1열교환부의 난방수배관에 결합된 전열핀 간의 피치와 상기 제2열교환부의 난방수배관에 결합된 전열핀 간의 피치는 5:1 ~ 10:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버너의 염공면과 제1열교환부의 전열핀 사이의 거리는 30㎜ ∼ 50㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 열교환기.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1열교환부의 난방수배관 중심에서부터 제2열교환부의 난방수배관 중심까지의 거리는 85∼145㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 열교환기.
