Claims (13)
- 나노로드로 구성된 클러스터 형상을 갖는 하기 화학식 1 또는 2로 표시되는 망간계 화합물 및상기 망간계 화합물 표면으로부터 내부 방향으로 농도 구배로 존재하는 바나듐을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질로서,상기 양극 활물질은 상기 나노로드로 구성된 클러스터 형상의 망간계 화합물의 직경 및 길이 100%에 대하여, 상기 망간계 화합물의 표면에서 내부 방향으로 30% 깊이까지 바나듐이 분포되어 있고,상기 망간계 화합물의 표면에서 바나듐의 농도는 80 내지 70 중량%이고, 내부에서는 20 내지 10 중량%이고,상기 양극 활물질은 상기 망간계 화합물 중량에 대하여 1 내지 5 중량%의 바나듐을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.[화학식 1]LiaMn1-bMbO2[화학식 2]LiaMn2-b'Mb'O4(상기 식에서, 0.90 ≤ a ≤ 1.1, 0 ≤ b ≤ 0.5, 0 ≤ b' ≤ 0.5이고,M은 Al, Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Fe, Mg, Sr, 희토류 원소 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다)

- 제7항에 있어서,상기 산화제는 암모니움 퍼설페이트, 암모니움 나이트레이트 및 이들의 조합 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 망간 전구체와 산화제의 혼합 비율은 1 : 1 내지 2 : 1 중량비인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 MnO2와 리튬 전구체를 혼합하는 공정에서, 금속 화합물을 더욱 첨가하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 열처리 공정은 700 내지 750℃에서 5 내지 15시간 동안 실시하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
