Claims (7)
- 수평방향으로 눕혀져 회전가능하게 설치되어 일정한 속도로 회동하면서 내부에 투입되는 토사석과 혼합된 폐기물을 크기별 종류별로 구분하여 선별하도록 상측 일정구간에 동일규격 메쉬의 철망부(121)를 구비하고 하측에는 밀폐된 철판부(122)로 이루어진 내부드럼(120)과 상기 내부드럼(120)의 외측부를 둘러싸며 동시에 회동하는 외부드럼(120)으로 이루어진 이중드럼(100)과; 상기 이중드럼(100)의 내측에 설치되어 분사되는 압축공기에 의해 비교적 가벼운 물체를 분리하도록 압축공기를 분사하도록 상기 내부드럼(120)의 하측부분인 밀폐된 철판부(122)에서 하측방향으로 분출되도록 설치된 분사노즐(134)과 상기 분사노즐(134)에 압축공기를 공급하도록 길게 연장된 덕트배관(133)과 상기 덕트배관(133)으로 송풍하기 위한 송풍기(132)와 상기 송풍기(132)를 구동시키는 송풍기모터(131)를 포함하는 송풍수단과; 상기 이중드럼(100)의 일 측에 설치되어 폐기물을 연속적으로 투입하도록 하는 투입벨트컨베이어(141)와 투입슈트(142)를 포함하는 투입부와; 상기 이중드럼(100)의 타 측에 설치되어 분리된 쓰레기와 재생골재를 각각 구분하여 배출하도록 재생골재배출슈트(151)와 쓰레기배출슈트(153)로 구분된 배출부로 이루어지는 폐토사의 재생장치에 있어서,상기 이중드럼(100)은,내부드럼(120)의 길이가 외부드럼(110)의 길이보다 길게 연장되어 구성되고;상기 이중드럼(100)의 내부드럼(120) 철망부(121)는 12각 내지 16각으로 구성되며; 상기 이중드럼(100)은 투입부의 높이가 배출부의 높이보다 높게 설치되어 일정한 기울기를 갖고;프레임(200) 상에 고정설치된 다수의 좌우지지롤러(161)에 의해 지지되고 스프로켓기어(162)에 결합된 체인(163)을 구동하는 구동모터(164)에 의해 회동하며;상기 이중드럼(100)의 상단부 외주연에는 미끄럼방지플랜지(111)가 설치되며;상기 미끄럼방지플랜지(111)를 지지하여 하측으로 미끄러짐을 방지하도록 한 미끄럼방지롤러(170)를 구비하고;상기 이중드럼(100)의 하측부에 설치된 재생골재배출슈트(151)는,외부드럼(110)의 끝단부로 부터 배출되는 미세규격 폐토와 내부드럼(120)의 끝단부로 부터 배출되며 쓰레기가 제거된 사석을 동시에 받혀지도록 혼합되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 폐토사의 재생장치.
