Description
Claims (12)
- (a) Fe2+ 전구체 화합물의 수용액에 리튬과 인의 전구체 화합물을 혼합하되, 이들을 1 : 1 의 몰 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물의 수용액 또는 현탁액을 준비하는 단계;(b) 수열(hydrothermal)법에 의해서 상기 (a)단계의 혼합물의 수용액 또는 현탁액을 가열하되, autoclave 반응기 내에서 100 ~ 400 ℃의 온도로 가열한 후 세척하여 고체 물질을 얻는 단계; 및(c) 상기 (b)단계의 고체 물질을 비활성 분위기, 또는 비활성과 환원 분위기 하에 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계의 혼합물의 수용액 또는 현탁액, 또는 상기 (b)단계에서 얻어진 고체 물질은 추가적으로 탄소 소스를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 소스는 C, H, O; 또는 C, H, N; 또는 C, H, O, N 원소로 이루어진 수용성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 소스는 수크로오스(sucrose), 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 옥살산(oxalic acid), 레조르시놀(resorcinol), 시트르산(citric acid) 및 셀룰로오스 아세테이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Fe2+ 전구체 화합물은 FeSO4, FeCl2, Fe(NO3)2, Fe(OH)2, Fe(OCOCH3)2 및 철옥살레이트(FeC2O4 2H2O)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬과 인의 전구체 화합물은 LiH2PO4, Li2HPO4 및 Li3PO4로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계의 열처리하여 제조되는 탄소가 코팅된 LiFePO4 중 탄소의 함량은 0.01~20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계의 가열은 물의 임계점 ~ 400 ℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계의 열처리는 500~800℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LiFePO4의 제조방법.
