Claims (1)
- 다수의 피가공물(P)이 적재형 지그(20)를 매개로 냉각액(CW)가 유통되는 구멍(10a)들이 형성되어진 베이스(10)에 수직방향으로 상호 등간격을 이루며 배치되어진 상태에서, 이들 결합물(P,10,20)을 냉각챔버(310)의 냉각액(CW)에 잠기도록 투입해서, 냉각액 순환기구(340)에 의해 순환되어 베이스(10)의 하부로부터 상부로 유동되는 냉각액(CW)에 의해서 이들 결합물(P,10,20)이 빠르게 냉각되도록 하는 급속 냉각방법에 있어서,상기 적재형 지그(20) 또는 피가공물(P)이 관통되게 끼워지는 제1구멍(31)들과, 냉각액(CW)의 흐름을 유도하는 제2구멍(32)들로 이루어진 메쉬형태의 유속조절부재(30)를 수직방향으로 상호 등간격을 이루는 피가공물(P)들 사이에 배치해서, 베이스(10)의 하부로부터 상부로 유동되는 냉각액(CW)의 흐름이 유속조절부재(30)에 의해서 안정적으로 균일화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열변형 최소화를 위한 급속 냉각방법.
