Claims (7)
- 복수의 발광다이오드가 실장된 PCB 모듈;상기 PCB 모듈이 적어도 하나 설치된 내부 바닥면의 상부에 상기 발광다이오드에서 발생된 빛이 방출되는 개구가 형성된 케이스; 및AC전원이 입력되는 AC입력단, 상기 AC전원을 출력하는 AC출력단 및 상기 AC전원을 DC전원으로 변환시켜 출력하는 DC출력단을 구비한 적어도 하나의 컨버터를 포함하되,상기 PCB 모듈의 각각의 PCB 면에는 상기 발광다이오드에서 발생된 열을 상기 케이스의 바닥면 방향으로 방출하기 위하여 복수의 관통홀이 형성되고,상기 케이스의 측면에는 각각의 컨버터가 끼움 결합되는 적어도 하나의 결합홈이 형성되며,상기 PCB 모듈 각각에는 커넥터에 의해 상기 DC출력단과 연결되는 DC입력단자 및 상기 DC입력단자와 각각의 발광다이오드를 연결하는 DC배선과, 커넥터에 의해 상기 AC출력단과 연결되는 AC입력단자, AC출력단자 및 상기 AC입력단자와 AC출력단자를 연결하는 AC배선이 패터닝된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드 조명등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관통홀은 인쇄회로 부분을 제외한 상기 PCB 면 전체에 대해서 형성되고, 그 직경은 0.8mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드 조명등.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 컨버터는 PCB 모듈마다 구비되며,상기 컨버터 중 어느 하나에 AC전원이 입력될 경우, 상기 PCB 모듈 각각의 AC입,출력단자와 상기 컨버터 각각의 AC입,출력단이 커넥터에 의해 연결되어 나머지 컨버터에도 상기 AC전원이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드 조명등.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 개구 둘레로부터 외측으로 연장되어 형성된 플랜지에 결합되어 상기 개구를 폐쇄하는 아크릴 재질의 커버를 더 포함하되,상기 커버는 상기 플랜지에 구비된 자석과, 상기 커버의 테두리에 구비된 자성체 덮개 사이에 작용하는 자력에 의해 상기 플랜지에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드 조명등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광다이오드 조명등은, 상기 케이스의 개구 둘레로부터 외측으로 연장되어 형성된 플랜지에 결합되어 상기 개구를 폐쇄하는 아크릴 재질의 커버를 포함하는 다운 라이트(down light) 조명등인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드 조명등.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 커버는,상기 커버의 외주를 따라 상기 플랜지의 외주면에 끼움 결합되는 제1플라스틱 덮개;와상기 커버의 테두리와 상기 제1플라스틱 덮개의 상부에서 상기 플랜지의 외주면에 끼움 결합되는 제2플라스틱 덮개에 의하여 상기 플랜지에 결합되되,상기 제1플라스틱 덮개와 제2플라스틱 덮개의 겹쳐지는 면 중 적어도 일부는 초음파 융착에 의해 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드 조명등.
