Abstract
Description
본 발명에 이용되는 유사체액은 NaCl, NaOH, Na2(SO4), NaH2PO4, Na2HPO4, KCl, KH2(PO4), KOH, K2(SO4), CaCl2, CaHPO4, Ca(OH)2, Ca(SO4), MgCl2, MgHPO4·3H2O 등을 증류수에 녹여 조제하였다.
구성물로는 증류수 85중량%에 Na+(213mM), K+(7.5mM), Ca²+(50mM), Mg²(1.5mM), Cl-(147.8mM), HCO3 -(6mM), HPO₄²-(12mM), SO₄²-(0.75mM)의 비율로 하여 고속으로 회전 시켜가며 이산화티탄 9중량%를 첨가하여 분산시켜 1시간 동안 교반 하면서 이산화티탄 표면에 일정하게 하이드록시 아파타이트가 자리를 잡을 수 있도록 한 후, 교반을 멈춘 상태에서 24시간 동안 하이드록시 아파타이트를 성장시켰다. 그런 다음, 1시간 동안 200℃~300℃의 열을 가하여 보다 안정된 하이드록시 아파타이트가 피복된 이산화티탄 광촉매의 수용액상의 슬러리를 얻었다.

- 하이드록시 아파타이트가 피복된 이산화티탄 1~10중량%, 아크릴 수지 1~5중량%, 증점제 0.1~5중량%, 분산제 0.1~5중량%, 방부제 0.1~10중량% 및 물 65~97.7중량%로 구성되는 광촉매 도료 조성물에 있어서,상기 하이드록시 아파타이트의 이산화티탄 표면에 대한 피복율이 5~36중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 도료 조성물.
