- 72.5~77.5 중량%의 하이플로 시멘트, 17.5~22.5 중량%의 슬래그 미분말, 및 5~12 중량%의 실리카흄을 포함하는 주결합재 및 상기 주결합재의 전체 중량에 대하여 5~15 중량%의 석영 미분말을 포함하는 초고강도 콘크리트용 시멘트 결합재와 골재를 혼합하는 시멘트 결합재 혼합단계;상기 혼합된 초고강도 콘크리트를 습윤 양생 온도 20± 5℃와 습윤 양생 습도 90 ~ 99%에서 습윤 양생시간 20시간 이상 실시하는 습윤 양생단계;상기 습윤 양생된 초고강도 콘크리트를 열수 양생온도로 60~80℃인 열수에서 열수 양생시간으로 20시간이상 실시하는 열수 양생단계; 및상기 열수 경화된 초고강도 콘크리트를 가열 양생온도로 150~250℃에서 가열 양생시간으로 20시간이상 실시하는 가열 양생단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 제조방법.
