- 제 5항에 있어서, 변성제가 (1) 알칼리제, 및 (2) 계면활성제 또는 단백질 변성제 또는 환원제를 함유하는 처리제로 처리하는 것에 의해 B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원의 해리와 B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원에 결합되는 항체의 불활성화를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검출법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원 이외 추가적으로 B형 간염 바이러스 항원에 대한 항체를 이용하는 검출법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 항체 및 변성제를 포함하는 B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원 검출용 시약.
- 제 1항에 기재된 항체, B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원 이외의 B형 간염 바이러스 항원에 대한 항체 및 변성제를 포함하는 B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원 검출용 시약.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 변성제가 (1) 산성화제, 및 (2) 계면활성제 및 단백질 변성제를 함유하는 처리제로 처리하는 것에 의해 B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원의 해리와 B형 간염 바이러스 s 항원에 결합되는 항체의 불활성화를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검출법.
