Claims (10)
- 주사선들, 발광 제어선들 및 데이터선들의 교차부에 위치된 다수의 화소들을 포함하는 화소부와,상기 주사선들 및 발광 제어선들로 각각 주사신호 및 발광 제어신호를 공급하는 주사 구동부와,상기 데이터선들로 데이터신호를 공급하는 데이터 구동부와,외부조건을 감지하여 상기 외부조건에 대응하는 감지신호를 출력하는 외부조건 감지센서와,상기 외부조건 감지센서의 출력라인에 접속되는 센서출력 안정화부를 포함하며,상기 센서출력 안정화부는, 상기 외부조건 감지센서의 출력라인과 교차되는 상기 주사 구동부의 일부 입/출력라인과 상기 외부조건 감지센서의 출력라인 사이에 접속되는 인버터와, 상기 인버터의 출력라인과 상기 외부조건 감지센서의 출력라인 사이에 접속되는 커패시터를 구비한 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부조건 감지센서와 상기 데이터 구동부 사이에 접속된 센서출력 증폭부를 더 포함하고, 상기 인버터 및 커패시터는 상기 센서출력 증폭부의 입력단과 상기 주사 구동부의 일부 입/출력라인 사이에 접속된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인버터와 접속되는 상기 주사 구동부의 일부 입/출력라인은 교류형태의 주사 구동제어신호를 상기 주사 구동부로 공급하는 입력라인으로 설정된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 입력라인은 상기 발광 제어신호의 스타트 펄스를 상기 주사 구동부로 공급하는 입력라인인 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인버터와 접속되는 상기 주사 구동부의 일부 입/출력라인은 상기 주사 구동부에서 생성된 교류형태의 상기 주사신호 또는 발광 제어신호를 상기 주사 구동부로부터 출력하는 출력라인으로 설정된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부조건 감지센서는 주변광의 세기를 감지하여 이에 대응하는 광감지신호를 출력하는 광 감지센서부를 포함하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부조건 감지센서는 주변 온도를 감지하여 이에 대응하는 온도 감지신호를 출력하는 온도 감지센서부를 포함하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부조건 감지센서는 서로 다른 복수의 외부조건에 대해 감지하여 상기 복수의 외부조건에 대응하는 감지신호 각각을 출력하는 복수의 출력라인을 구비하는 복수의 감지센서부를 포함하며,상기 인버터 및 커패시터는 상기 복수의 출력라인마다 각각 형성되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부조건 감지센서로부터 출력된 감지신호는 상기 데이터 구동부를 제어하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 감지신호에 대응하여 상기 데이터신호의 전압레벨 또는 전류량을 조절하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
