Claims (20)
- 아크릴, 비닐 또는 알릴 단량체와 아크릴산의 공중합체 또는 아크릴산의 단독중합체로 구성되는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제로서, 상기 아크릴, 비닐 또는 알릴 단량체와 아크릴산의 공중합체 또는 아크릴산의 단독중합체는 칼슘 이온을 포함하는 중화제에 의한 중합체의 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 15∼40%이고, 1가 작용성 중화제에 의한 중합체의 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 7∼70%이며, 마그네슘을 포함하는 중화제에 의한 중합체의 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 0∼30%이고, 미중화된 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 15∼78%가 되도록 중화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴, 비닐 또는 알릴 단량체와 아크릴산의 공중합체 또는 아크릴산의 단독중합체가 칼슘 이온을 포함하는 중화제에 의한 중합체의 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 15∼40%이고, 1가 작용성 중화제에 의한 중합체의 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 20∼50%이며, 마그네슘 이온을 포함하는 중화제에 의한 중합체의 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 15∼30%이고, 미중화된 활성 산 부위의 몰비가 20∼40%가 되도록 중화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1가 작용성 중화제(들)는 알칼리 양이온의 수산화물 또는 암모니아 용액으로부터 또는, 지방족, 고리형 또는 지방족과 고리형 1차 또는 2차 아민으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴, 비닐 또는 알릴 단량체와 아크릴산의 공중합체 또는 아크릴산의 단독중합체가, 기준 물질로서 사용한 표준물이 나트륨 폴리아크릴레이트에 속하는 수성 겔 투과 크로마토그래피 (GPC)로 측정한 중량 평균 분자량 Mw가 1,500∼50,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴산의 단독중합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산, 크로톤산, 푸마르산, 말레산 무수물 및 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸-1-프로판 설폰산의 산 형태 또는 부분 중화된 형태, 2-메타크릴아미도-2-메틸-1-프로판 설폰산의 산 형태 또는 부분 중화된 형태, 3-메타크릴아미도-2-히드록시-1-프로판 설폰산의 산 형태 또는 부분 중화된 형태, 알릴설폰산, 메탈릴설폰산, 알릴옥시벤젠 설폰산, 메탈릴옥시벤젠 설폰산, 2-히드록시-3-(2-프로페닐옥시)프로판 설폰산, 2-메틸-2-프로펜-1-설폰산, 에틸렌 설폰산, 프로펜 설폰산, 2-메틸 설폰산, 스티렌 설폰산 및 이의 염, 비닐 설폰산, 나트륨 메탈릴설포네이트, 설포프로필 아크릴레이트, 설포프로필 메타크릴레이트, 설포메틸아크릴아미드, 설포메틸메타크릴아미드로부터 선택되거나 또는, 아크릴아미드, 메틸아크릴아미드, 아크릴산의 에스테르, 메타크릴산의 에스테르로부터 선택되거나 또는, 비닐피롤리돈, 비닐카프롤락탐, 이소부틸렌, 디이소부틸렌, 비닐 아세테이트, 스티렌, 알파메틸스티렌, 비닐메틸에테르 또는 알릴 화합물 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 아크릴, 비닐 또는 알릴 단량체와 아크릴산의 수용성 공중합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합 반응으로부터 생성된 단독중합체 또는 공중합체는 물, 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올, 아세톤, 테트라히드로푸란 또는 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에 속하는 극성 용제에 의하여 정적 방법 또는 동적 방법으로 처리되어 다수의 상으로 분리될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분말 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무기 물질의 건조 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.05∼5 중량% (건조)의 비율로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 광 산란 계수 S에 의하여 측정한 가시광 산란능이 코팅 중량 20 g/㎡에 대하여 100 ㎡/㎏ 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항의 분쇄 보조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 입자의 수성 현탁액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 무기 물질의 건조 중량을 기준으로 하여 분쇄 보조제 0.05∼5 중량% (건조)를 포함하며, 광 산란 계수 S에 의하여 측정한 가시광 산란능이 코팅 중량 20 g/㎡에 대하여 100 ㎡/㎏ 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 무기 입자의 수성 현탁액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 무기 입자는 천연 탄산칼슘, 침강 탄산칼슘으로도 지칭되는 합성 탄산칼슘, 돌로마이트, 수산화마그네슘, 석고 또는 수산화알루미늄 또는 이의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 무기 입자의 수성 현탁액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 도료 및 종이의 코팅 및 매스 충전 분야용인 무기 입자의 수성 현탁액.
- 광 산란 계수 S에 의하여 측정한 가시광 산란능이 코팅 중량 20 g/㎡에 대하여 100 ㎡/㎏ 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 제10항의 수성 현탁액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지 코팅 소스.
- 제10항의 수성 현탁액을 사용하여 제조, 코팅 또는 제조와 코팅된 종이.
- 불투명도가 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제14항의 코팅 소스를 사용하여 코팅된 종이.
- 제10항의 수성 현탁액을 사용하여 얻은 도료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중량 평균 분자량 Mw가 5,000∼25,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 보조제 0.3∼1.0 중량% (건조)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 무기 입자의 수성 현탁액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 양이온이 칼륨 또는 나트륨 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 수성 현탁액 중의 무기 물질의 분쇄 보조제.
