Claims (17)
- 충방전이 가능한 이차전지 셀('전지셀') 또는 이를 기반으로 한 단위모듈이 충적되어 있는 셀 적층체가 육면체의 모듈 케이스에 장착되어 있는 구조의 전지모듈로서, 상기 모듈 케이스의 (i) 상면 및 하면, 또는 (ii) 좌측면 및 우측면, 또는 (iii) 상면, 하면, 좌측면 및 우측면에 슬라이딩 체결구조가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 수지층 및 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 판상형 전지셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 케이스는 금속 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 체결구조는 모듈 케이스의 상면에 길이방향으로 형성되어 있는 슬라이딩 홈과, 그에 대응하여 모듈 케이스의 하면에 길이방향으로 형성되어 있는 슬라이딩 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 홈은 케이스 상면의 좌측 및 우측에 각각 형성되어 있고, 슬라이딩 돌기는 케이스 하면의 좌측 및 우측에 각각 형성되어 있 는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 케이스의 상면과 하면에는 냉매 유로의 형성을 위한 다수의 관통구가 천공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈은 수직단면 상으로 폭 대비 높이가 큰 직육면체 구조로, 판상형 전지셀 또는 단위모듈이 세워진 상태로 충적되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈의 일 측면에는 가변식 손잡이가 결착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 가변식 손잡이는 일측 단부가 모듈 케이스의 전면에 경첩 방식으로 체결되어 있으며, 필요에 따라 손잡이를 피벗 회전에 의해 케이스 전면으로부터 분리할 수 있는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 가변식 손잡이 중, 경첩 체결부에 대향하는 단부에는 작은 체결홈 또는 체결구가 형성되어 있고, 모듈 케이스의 전면에는 상기 체결홈 또는 체결구에 대응하는 체결구 또는 체결홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 가변식 손잡이 중, 경첩 체결부에 대향하는 단부에는 작은 체결홈이 형성되어 있고 모듈 케이스의 전면에도 그에 상응하는 체결홈이 형성되어 있어서, 가변식 손잡이를 모듈 케이스의 전면에 밀착시키는 경우에는, 체결부재를 상기 체결홈들에 체결하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 가변식 손잡이는 일 측면이 만입되어 있는 판상형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈의 후면에는 외부 입출력 커넥터와 통신용 커넥터가 각각 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 어느 하나에 따른 전지모듈 다수 개로 구성된 고출력 대용량의 중대형 전지팩.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈 다수 개를 높이 방향 및 폭 방향으로 충적한 상태에서, 전면과 후면이 개방된 팩 케이스에 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지팩.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전지자동차의 충방전 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지팩.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전기자동차의 충방전 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지팩.
