Claims (3)
- 하이브리드 차량용 엔진 시동모터 토크제어방법에 있어서,ECU가 크랭크 위치센서를 이용하여 엔진 크랭크 축의 위치를 측정하는 제1단계;HCU가 차량 내 통신 라인을 통해 상기 ECU로부터 시동시작 크랭크 각도와 현재 크랭크 각도를 입력받아, 상기 각도를 이용하여 사전에 시험을 통해 측정된 시작 크랭크축 각도와 현재 크랭크축 각도별 구동 토크에 맞는 요구 토크값을 MCU에 전송하되, 현재 크랭크 각도에서 시작 각도의 차를 통해 시작점으로부터 시동 이후 얼마나 회전했는지를 계산하고, 시작 위치별 엔진 기동을 위한 토크 측정 시험을 통해 얻어진 시동 모터 토크 프로파일 맵을 이용하여 현재 필요한 시동 모터 토크를 계산하여 MCU에 전송하는 제2단계;상기 MCU가 HCU로부터 받은 요구 토크 값으로 모터를 제어하여 잉여 토크 없이 엔진 시동을 수행하는 제3단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 엔진 시동모터 토크제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1단계는 역회전을 고려하여 엔진 정지시 크랭크 위치를 비휘발성 램에 저장하는 단계와, 정지 위치가 정상적으로 검출되면 정지위치 검출 완료 플래그(FLAG)를 고정시켜 램에 저장하는 단계와, IG 키 온 이후 제어기 초기화 수행시 정지위치 검출완료 플래그가 고정되어 있으면 정지 위치를 기준으로 기통을 결정하 는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 엔진 시동모터 토크제어방법.
