- 삭제
- 전극탭의 일부 영역 표면에 수지층이 형성된 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체를 수용하며 일단에는 실링부가 형성되고 상기 실링부를 통하여 상기 전극탭이 외부로 인출되도록 이루어지는 파우치를 구비하며,상기 수지층은 상기 전극탭을 가로지르며 동시에 상기 파우치 전단(front end)을 지나는 직선을 넘어서지 않도록 형성되며,상기 실링부의 상기 수지층과 대응된 구간(영역)에는 상기 수지층 일부가 파우치 외부로 드러나도록 절개홈부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절개홈부가 상기 직선에서 이격된 폭은 상기 수지층의 드러난 일부의 폭보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 전극탭의 일부 영역 표면에 수지층이 형성된 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체를 수용하며 일단에는 실링부가 형성되고 상기 실링부를 통하여 상기 전극탭이 외부로 인출되도록 이루어지는 파우치를 구비하며,상기 수지층은 상기 전극탭을 가로지르며 동시에 상기 파우치 전단(front end)을 지나는 직선을 넘어서지 않도록 형성되며,상기 실링부는 상기 전극탭이 인출되는 쪽의 파우치막 일단이 절곡선을 기준으로 파우치 내측으로 접혀들어간 상태에서 접혀들어간 상기 파우치막 일단의 마주보는 면이 실링되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 파우치막은 금속 포일층과 상기 금속 포일층의 상면 및 하면을 덮는 동일 재질의 절연층을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 90℃ 이상 160℃ 이하의 녹는점(Melting Point)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 폴리올레핀계 수지인 씨피피(CPP:Casted Polypropylene)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 전극탭 일부 영역 표면에 수지층을 형성하여 전극조립체를 제조하는 단계;상기 수지층의 상부 및 하부에 상기 수지층의 적어도 일부와 겹치도록 파우치 상부 및 파우치 하부의 일 단을 위치시키되 상기 파우치 상부 및 상기 파우치 하부를 상기 수지층이 형성된 위치를 기준으로 상기 전극조립체의 반대방향에 위치시키는 정렬단계;상기 파우치 상부 및 상기 파우치 하부의 일단을 가열하여 상기 전극탭이 인출되는 실링부를 형성하는 실링 단계;상기 파우치 상부 및 상기 파우치 하부를 상기 실링부를 축으로 상기 전극조립체의 방향으로 절곡시켜 상기 전극탭의 단부가 드러나고 상기 실링부는 상기 파우치 상부 및 상기 파우치 하부 내측으로 접혀들어가며 상기 전극조립체가 상기 파우치 상부 및 상기 파우치 하부에 의해 덮이는 전극탭 노출 단계; 및상기 파우치 상부 및 상기 파우치 하부의 열려진 주변부를 실링하는 파우치 밀봉 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 실링부를 형성하는 실링 단계에서 상기 파우치 상부 및 상기 파우치 하부는 상기 실링부가 상기 수지층의 상기 전극탭의 단부측에 있는 끝단을 커버할 수 있도록 상기 실링부의 폭을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
