Claims (27)
- 자동 클러치 장치, 엔진 타이밍 장치를 갖춘 제어가능 엔진, 바람직하게는 제어가능 자동 트랜스미션 및 상기 클러치 장치와 트랜스미션의 제어를 위한 전자제어 장치가 구비된 자동차의 제어 방법으로, 자동차의 속도를 적어도 대표하는 변수, 브레이크 또는 에너지 공급량 측정 부재 또는 연료 공급량 측정 부재의 작동 및 엔진의 상태가 검출되고, 엔진이 회전할 때 및 자동차 속도가 임계값보다 클 때 브레이크 페달 및 연료 공급량 측정 부재가 모두 작동되지 않는 것으로 인지되는 경우 클러치가 개방되는 자동차 제어 방법에 있어서,브레이크 작동시 또는 연료 공급량 측정 부재의 작동시 클러치가 닫히고, 상기 클러치가 닫히기 전에 세일링 모드(sailing mode)의 종료를 위해 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수 또는 상기 회전수를 대표하는 적절한 변수가 검출되며, 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수와 엔진 회전수가 일치하거나 서로 적응되도록 엔진 회전수가 조절되되, 여기서, 상기 엔진 회전수와 구동축 회전수의 회전수 차가 50 rpm 또는 서로의 5%의 범위 내에 있는 경우 적응된 것으로 간주될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 회전수는 엔진 타이밍 장치에 회전수가 입력됨으로써 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수에 적응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 타이밍 장치로의 회전수 입력이 제어 장치에 의해 실시되고, 엔진의 바람직한 연료공급을 통해 엔진 회전수가 상기 회전수 사전설정값에 적응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 자동 클러치 장치, 엔진 타이밍 장치를 갖춘 제어가능 엔진, 바람직하게는 제어가능 자동 트랜스미션 및 상기 클러치 장치와 트랜스미션의 제어를 위한 전자제어 장치가 구비된 자동차의 제어 방법으로, 자동차의 속도를 적어도 대표하는 변수, 브레이크 또는 에너지 공급량 측정 부재 또는 연료 공급량 측정 부재의 작동 및 엔진의 상태가 검출되고, 엔진이 회전할 때 및 자동차 속도가 임계값보다 클 때 브레이크 페달 및 연료 공급량 측정 부재가 모두 작동되지 않는 것으로 인지되는 경우 클러치가 개방되는 자동차 제어 방법에 있어서,브레이크 작동시 또는 연료 공급량 측정 부재의 작동시 클러치가 닫히고, 상기 클러치가 닫히기 전에 세일링 모드(sailing mode)의 종료를 위해 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수 또는 상기 회전수를 대표하는 적절한 변수가 검출되며, 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수와 엔진 회전수가 일치하거나 서로 적응되도록 엔진 회전수가 조절되되, 상기 엔진 회전수는 엔진 토크의 개입(관여)을 통해 구동축의 회전수에 적응되고,클러치가 연결된 후 엔진 토크 개입이 수행되었던 엔진 지정 토크가 엔진으로의 에너지 공급량 또는 연료 공급량이 저하됨으로써 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 타이밍 장치로의 엔진 토크 입력이 제어 장치에 의해 실시되고, 상기 엔진 타이밍 장치는 그 입력값에 따라 적절한 엔진 토크를 설정하며, 상기 입력값은 엔진 회전수가 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수에 적응되는 방식으로 시간에 따라 변동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클러치는 엔진 회전수가 구동축 회전수에 적응되면 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클러치는 엔진 회전수가 구동축 회전수에 적응되면 닫히기 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 클러치는 최대 속도로 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.

- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 회전수 차는 엔진 회전수의 회전수 기울기(변화도)에 따라 좌우되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 회전수의 값이 구동축 회전수의 값과 일치하거나 더 클 때 비로소 적응이 달성된 것으로 간주되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.

- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 브레이크가 작동되면 클러치는 회전수가 균등해지기 이전에 이미 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 자동 클러치 장치, 엔진 타이밍 장치를 갖춘 제어가능 엔진, 바람직하게는 제어가능 자동 트랜스미션 및 상기 클러치 장치와 트랜스미션의 제어를 위한 전자제어 장치가 구비된 자동차의 제어 방법으로, 자동차의 속도를 적어도 대표하는 변수, 브레이크 또는 에너지 공급량 측정 부재 또는 연료 공급량 측정 부재의 작동 및 엔진의 상태가 검출되고, 엔진이 회전할 때 및 자동차 속도가 임계값보다 클 때 브레이크 페달 및 연료 공급량 측정 부재가 모두 작동되지 않는 것으로 인지되는 경우 클러치가 개방되는 자동차 제어 방법에 있어서,브레이크 작동시 또는 연료 공급량 측정 부재의 작동시 클러치가 닫히고, 상기 클러치가 닫히기 전에 세일링 모드(sailing mode)의 종료를 위해 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수 또는 상기 회전수를 대표하는 적절한 변수가 검출되며, 트랜스미션의 구동축 회전수와 엔진 회전수가 일치하거나 서로 적응되도록 엔진 회전수가 조절되되, 연료공급량 측정 부재가 작동되면 클러치는 회전수가 균등해질 때 또는 균등해진 이후에 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.

- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 중립 기어가 넣어진 후 유압 경로 내에 있는 유압액의 유량 보상이 수행될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 16항 또는 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 클러치는 조정가능한 시간 간격동안 유량 보상이 실시될 때 닫혀있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 16항 또는 제 17항에 있어서, 트랜스미션 내에서 넣어진 기어 단 또는 기어비는 제어 유닛의 저장기 내에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 클러치가 개방된 후에는 트랜스미션 내에서 중립 기어(N) 이전에 넣어졌던 기어 단 또는 기어비가 다시 넣어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 16항 또는 제 17항에 있어서, 유량 보상은 클러치가 닫힌 후 사전선택 가능한 시간이 지난 후에 비로소 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 클러치가 이미 개방된 상태에서 자동차 속도가 상승하면 중립 기어 또는 더 높은 기어가 넣어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.

- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 요구는 산길 오르막 주행에 의해 인지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 요구는 에너지 공급량 측정 부재 또는 연료 공급량 측정 부재의 빠른 취소(철회)에 의해 인지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어 방법.
