Claims (18)
- 나노스케일의 레이져-민감성 금속 산화물의 함유로 의해 레이져-마킹가능하고(하거나) 레이져-용접가능하고, 포함되는 금속산화물의 입자 크기가 1 내지 100 nm이고, 금속산화물의 함량이 플라스틱 재료에 대해 0.0001 내지 0.1 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고-투명성 플라스틱 재료.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 포함되는 금속 산화물의 입자 크기가 5 내지 100 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 금속 산화물의 함량이 플라스틱 재료에 대해 0.001 내지 0.01 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 나노스케일의 레이져-민감성 금속 산화물로서 도핑된 산화 인듐, 도핑된 산화 주석, 또는 도핑된 산화 안티몬을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 나노스케일의 레이져-민감성 금속 산화물로서 산화 인듐 주 석 또는 산화 안티몬 주석을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 나노스케일의 레이져-민감성 금속 산화물로서 청색 산화 인듐 주석을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 플라스틱 매트릭스가 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리올레핀, 스티렌 중합체 및 스티렌 공중합체, 폴리카르보네이트, 실리콘, 폴리이미드, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리케톤, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리페닐렌술파이드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 또는 불소-함유 중합체를 기재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트를 기재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 비스페놀-A-폴리카르보네이트를 기재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 폴리아미드를 기재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 성형체, 반제품, 성형 화합물, 또는 래커로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료.
- 삭제
- 나노스케일의 레이져-민감성 금속 산화물이 고 전단으로 플라스틱 매트릭스에 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 또는 제3항의 레이져-마킹가능하고(하거나) 레이져-용접가능한 고-투명성 플라스틱 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 나노스케일의 레이져-민감성 금속 산화물이 플라스틱 재료와의 농축된 사전혼합물 (pre-mixture) 형태로 플라스틱 매트릭스에 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 접합되어야 하는 부분들 중 적어도 하나가 적어도 표면 영역에 제1항 또는 제3항의 플라스틱 재료를 포함하며, 접합 표면이 플라스틱 재료 중에 함유되는 금속 산화물이 이에 대해 민감한 레이져 광으로 조사되는 플라스틱 성형체 또는 플라스틱 반제품 용접 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 플라스틱 재료로부터 제조되는 레이져-마킹가능한 생산품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는 생산품을 플라스틱 재료 중에 함유되는 금속 산화물이 이에 대해 민감한 레이져 광으로 조사하는, 생산품에 확인표시를 하는 방법.
