Description
Claims (12)
- 발광층을 포함하여 구성된 유기층을 전극으로 협지하는 구조를 갖는 유기 전계 발광 소자이며,상기 유기 전계 발광 소자는 300 K에서의 광 발광 강도가 300 K 미만의 온도에 있어서의 광 발광 강도보다 강하며, 상기 광 발광 강도를 측정할 때 온도를 제외한 다른 조건들은 모두 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자가 300 K에서의 광 발광 강도가 5 K에서의 광 발광 강도보다 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자가 300 K에서의 광 발광 강도를 1이라 하였을 때의 5 K에서의 광 발광 강도를 저온 광 발광 강도 비율이라 정의하면, 하기 수학식(1)로 표시되는 광 발광 강도 비율 Y가 0 초과 1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.<수학식 1>Y=(유기 전계 발광 소자의 저온 광 발광 강도 비율)/(발광층의 저온 광 발광 강도 비율) (1)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자의 광 발광이 동일한 발광 스펙트럼을 가지고, 또한 수명이 다른 복수의 형광 성분을 포함하는 것이며,상기 복수의 형광 성분이 모두 300 K에서의 광 발광 강도가 300 K 미만의 온도에 있어서의 광 발광 강도보다 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 것인, 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 형광 성분이 모두 300 K에서의 광 발광 강도가 5 K에서의 광 발광 강도보다 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
