Claims (19)
- 2차측 코일을 구비하는 충전대상에 대하여, 상기 2차측 코일과 유도 결합을 통해 충전을 행할 수 있도록 자기장을 생성하는 1차측 코일을 구비하는 무선 충전기에 있어서,상기 1차측 코일이,소정의 권수와 크기를 가지고 배치된 외곽 코일; 및공간적으로 상기 외곽 코일의 내부에 포함되도록 상기 외곽 코일로부터 이격되어 배치된 내부 코일을 구비하고,상기 외곽 코일 및 내부 코일은, 상기 외곽 코일과 내부 코일에 1차측 전류를 인가하였을 때 각 코일의 내부에서 생성되는 자속의 방향이 동일하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외곽 코일과 내부 코일의 중심이 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부 코일은 2 이상의 내부 코일로 이루어지고, 이 2 이상의 내부 코일들은 순차적으로 포함되도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외곽 코일 또는 내부 코일의 감긴 형상이 실질적으로 평면 원형의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외곽 코일 또는 내부 코일의 감긴 형상이 실질적으로 평면 다각형의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외곽 코일 또는 내부 코일이 금, 은, 동 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 도선이 감겨서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 외곽 코일 또는 내부 코일이 리츠(Litz)선으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외곽 코일 또는 내부 코일이 기재 필름 상에 패터닝되어 형성된 도체 패턴으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전기적으로 상기 외곽 코일과 내부 코일은 직렬로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외곽 코일과 내부 코일은 직접적으로 연결되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 1차측 코일에 1차측 전류를 인가하였을 때 형성되는 자속의, 상기 1차측 코일의 중심을 지나는 횡단선을 따라 본 밀도 프로파일이, 상기 1차측 코일의 내부에서 세 개 이상의 극대점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부 코일은, 상기 외곽 코일에만 1차측 전류를 인가하였을 때 상기 외곽 코일에 의해 형성되는 자속의 밀도가 그 최대값의 50%인 지점과 상기 외곽코일 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.

- 제11항에 있어서,상기 1차측 코일 내부의 상기 자속밀도 프로파일에서 자속밀도의 최소값이 상기 자속밀도의 최대값의 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 충전기.
