Claims (7)
- 정해진 규격의 합판재가 일정량 적재된 상태에서 1매씩 취출하여 컨베이어 상에서 순차적으로 이송시키는 단계와,상기 합판재의 상부 표면을 샌딩기에 장착되어 회전하는 사포에 의해 매끄럽게 처리하고 평활도를 유지시키는 단계와,합판재가 한쌍의 회전롤러 사이로 통과한 후 노즐을 통해 공급되는 액상 황토가 함침되어 있는 도포롤러에 의해 합판재 표면에 0.2∼0.5㎜ 정도의 황토층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 황토층이 형성된 합판재의 표면에 100℃∼130℃ 정도의 열을 가하여 건조시키는 단계와,상기 건조된 합판재에 자외선을 조사하여 표면 강도를 증대시키는 단계와,합판재에 형성된 황토층의 표면에 수용성 또는 수성잉크가 함침되어 있는 인쇄롤러를 이용하여 임의 문양을 인쇄하는 단계와,상기 문양이 인쇄된 합판재를 건조시킨 후 자외선 마감용 도료를 도포하여 표면을 강화시키는 단계와,최종 제품이 순차로 적재되도록 하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 합판재의 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합판재는 컨베이어 상에서 1초당 15∼25㎝ 정도의 속 도로 수평 이동하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 합판재의 제작방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액상 황토의 도포 및 건조 단계의 실시후 또는 자외선 조사를 행한 후 합판재 표면으로 바람을 불어넣는 것에 의해 수분 증발을 촉진시키는 단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 합판재의 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합판재의 황토층에 인쇄가 행해진 후 건조 및 자외선 마감용 도료를 도포하는 단계가 1회 더 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 합판재의 제작방법.
- 수평방향으로 이송되는 컨베이어(11) 상에 유지되어 회전하도록 양단에 지지축(16)을 가지는 도포롤러(14) 및 이 도포롤러(14)의 원주면 일측에 길이방향으로 장착된 나이프(17)를 구비하고 있으며, 이들 도포롤러(14)와 나이프(17) 사이에 액상 황토를 공급하기 위한 노즐(13)이 배치되어 있고, 상기 컨베이어(11) 상에서 수평으로 이동하여 상, 하의 회전롤러(12A,12B) 사이를 통과하는 합판재(10)의 표면으로 상기 도포롤러(14)에 함침되어 있는 액상 황토를 도포하는 것에 의해 황토층(15)이 형성되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 합판재의 제작방법에 사용되는 롤러 구조체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 도포롤러(14)의 원통체 표면에는 일정 간격으로 경사 진 홈(14a)이 배열되어 있으며, 상기 도포롤러(14)는 합판재(10)의 진행방향에 대해 역방향으로 회전하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 합판재의 제작방법에 사용되는 롤러 구조체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 홈(14a)은 20°∼60°의 경사각(α)을 이루는 동시에 0.4∼1.2mm의 간격(ℓ)으로 조밀하게 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 합판재의 제작방법에 사용되는 롤러 구조체.
