Claims (8)
- 나노 바이오칩을 검사하는 방법에 있어서,표지(labeling)된 바이오 물질을 이용하여 2차원 나노 어레이 패턴이 형성된 나노 바이오칩을 준비하는 단계;여기광을 상기 나노 바이오칩에 조사하는 단계; 및상기 나노 바이오칩에서 나오는 광학적 신호를 주사형 근접장 광학 현미경을 이용하여 검출하되,상기 광학적 신호를 검출하는 것과 동시에 상기 나노바이오칩의 구조적인 지형도 특성을 획득하여 분석하며,상기 나노바이오칩의 상기 광학적 신호와 상기 지형도 특성을 시간에 따라서 모니터링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 바이오칩 검사 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 광학적 신호가 검출될 수 있도록 형광 물질 또는 나노 구조체를 바이오 물질과 결합시키는 표지(labeling) 단계를 더 구비하는 나노 바이오칩 검사 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 나노 바이오칩의 나노 스팟의 크기는 수백 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 바이오칩 검사 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 나노 바이오칩은 기판, 기판 상에 형성된 평탄층, 상기 평탄화층 상부에 연결층; 및 형광 물질 또는 나노 구조체가 표지(labeling)된 나노 어레이 구조물을 구비하는 나노 바이오칩 검사 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 광학적 신호는 형광, 반사, 흡수, 투과, 편광, 확산, 간섭, 세기, 위상 정보 중 적어도 하나를 구비하는 신호인 나노 바이오칩 검사 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 광학적 신호를 검출하는 단계는 단백질-단백질 상호작용의 감지를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 바이오칩 검사 방법.
