Claims (4)
- 복수의 개별 형광동소보합(fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH) 분석용 챔버(100), 가열판(17), 온도 조절 장치(18), 디지털 온도 표시창(19), 밸브(21), 진공 압력계(22), 배출액 트랩(23), 진공 펌프(24) 및 연결관(25)을 포함하는 다중 형광동소보합(fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH) 분석 장치로서,상기 개별 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석용 챔버(100)는상부 뚜껑(1)을 포함하는 상단 구역(A);멤브레인 홀더(2)를 포함하는 중단 구역(B); 및핀셋 홀(4), 멤브레인(6), 다공성 세라믹 판(7), 실리콘 와샤(8), 하부 드레인 영역(9), 유출구(15) 및 하부 밑통(3)을 포함하는 하단 구역(C)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개별 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석용 챔버(100)의 상단 구역(A), 중단 구역(B) 및 하단 구역(C)에는 각각 오링(O-ring)(10, 11, 5)과 나사산(12)이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 형광동소보합(fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH) 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개별 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석용 챔버(100)의 내부 온도는 가열판(17)과 온도 조절 장치(18)에 의해 4℃ 내지 100℃의 범위내에서 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 개별 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석용 챔버(100)에서는 각각 독립적으로 동시에 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석이 수행될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 형광동소보합(FISH) 분석 장치.
