- 제32항에 있어서,상기 반응성 탐식자는 효소, 항원, DNA, RNA 및 PNA(peptide nucleic acid)와 단편, 항체, 에피토프, 단백질 및 펩티드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.
- 제32항에 있어서,상기 올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 단백질은 담체 위에서 합성되고,각 담체는 상기 기판 상의 베이스 물질 위의 독립된 구획 내에 배열되어 고정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.

- 제32항에 있어서,상기 반응성 탐식자가 로딩된 상기 다공성 담체 입자는 상기 반응성 탐식자의 반응성을 유지하면서 상기 기판 상의 베이스 물질 위에 제공된 다수의 미세구획 중 하나 이상 내에 하나 이상의 동일 또는 다른 입자를 사용하여 배열되고 고정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.
- 제36항에 있어서,상기 다공성 담체 입자의 기공크기는 10nm 내지 1㎛이고, 입자크기는 1㎛ 내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.

- 다공성 유리, 실리카 겔, 또는 이온교환수지로부터 1 이상 선택되는 다공성 담체 입자 위에 검출표적을 결합시키는 능력을 가진 반응성 물질을 고정화시키는 단계; 및기판 상의 베이스 물질 위의 독립된 구획 내에 각각의 로딩된 담체를 배열하여 고정화시키는 단계를 포함하는 반응성 물질 칩의 제조방법.
- 제39항에 있어서,상기 반응성 물질은 효소, 항원, DNA, RNA 및 PNA(peptide nucleic acid)와 그 단편, 항체, 에피토프, 단백질 및 펩티드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 물질 칩의 제조방법.
- 제40항에 있어서,상기 올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 단백질은 상기 담체 위에서 합성되고,각 담체는 상기 기판상의 베이스 물질 위의 독립된 구획 내에 배열되어 고정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 물질 칩의 제조방법.
