Claims (12)
- 삭제
- 삭제
- 순 니켈, 니켈 합금, 순 티탄, 티탄 합금, 스테인레스, 철, 철 합금, 순 구리, 구리 합금, 순 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금, 순 마그네슘, 마그네슘 합금 중 적어도 하나를 주 성분으로 하고, 비금속 개재물의 청정도가 0.05% 이하이며, 금속판인 판재의 표면 혹은 이면, 또는 표리 양면에 코팅을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 판재를 소정의 크기로 잘라내는 경우, 잘라낸 판재의 휘어짐이 0.1㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 판재의 코팅이 실시되어 있는 면의 적어도 편면에, 연마 처리가 실시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판.
- 순 니켈, 니켈 합금, 순 티탄, 티탄 합금, 스테인레스, 철, 철 합금, 순 구리, 구리 합금, 순 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금, 순 마그네슘, 마그네슘 합금 중 적어도 하나를 주 성분으로 하고, 비금속 개재물의 청정도가 0.05% 이하인 금속을 압연함으로써 제조되고, 소정의 크기로 잘려진 금속 압연판의 표면 혹은 이면, 또는 표리 양면에 금속 도금을 실시하고, 연마 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 순 니켈, 니켈 합금, 순 티탄, 티탄 합금, 스테인레스, 철, 철 합금, 순 구리, 구리 합금, 순 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금, 순 마그네슘, 마그네슘 합금 중 적어도 하나를 주 성분으로 하고, 비금속 개재물의 청정도가 0.05% 이하인 금속을 압연하여 금속 압연판을 생성하고, 생성된 금속 압연판을 소정의 크기로 잘라내고, 소정의 크기로 잘라낸 금속 압연판의 표면 혹은 이면, 또는 표리 양면에 금속 도금을 실시하고, 연마 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 압연판을 압연할 때에 목표로서 설정하는 판 두께는, 연마 처리 완료시에 요구되는 판 두께에 연마값분을 더한 두께보다도 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 금속 압연판의 표면 혹은 이면, 또는 표리 양면에 실시하는 금속 도금의 합계 두께는, 연마 처리 완료시에 요구되는 두께에 상기 연마 처리에 있어서의 연마값분의 두께를 더한 두께로부터 상기 금속 압연판의 두께를 뺀 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 금속 압연판의 표면 혹은 이면, 또는 표리 양면에 실시하는 금속 도금은, 상기 금속과 주성분이 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬퍼용 기판의 제조 방법.
