Claims (6)
- 삭제
- 압축기(11), 사방밸브(21), 실내측 열교환기(12), 팽창밸브(23,24), 실외측 열교환기(13)의 순서로 폐루프를 형성하여 냉매가 순환하되, 사방밸브(21)에 의해 냉매의 순환방향을 전환시킴으로써 냉방 및 난방운전을 할 수 있도록 구성된 히트펌프에 있어서,상기 압축기(11)와 사방밸브(21) 사이의 냉매관로 상에서 분지하여 팽창밸브(24)와 실외측 열교환기(13) 사이의 냉매관로 상에 연결되는 바이패스관(31)을 설치하고,상기 실내측 열교환기(12)와 팽창밸브(23) 사이 및 상기 실외측 열교환기(13)와 팽창밸브(24) 사이에 각각 분배기(16)가 설치되어 한 쌍을 이루며.상기 분배기(16)는 일측으로 냉매관이 결합되어 있어 상기 한 쌍의 분배기(16)가 이 냉매관에 의하여 서로 연결되어 지며상기 분배기(16)는 타측으로는 다수의 분배튜브(32,33)가 결합되어 있으며, 상기 다수의 분배튜브(32,33)가 상기 실내측 열교환기(12) 및 상기 실외측 열교환기(13)의 열교환 튜브 각각의 단부로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속제상 히트펌프.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 분배기(16)를 서로 연결하는 냉매관 상에는 팽창밸브(23,24)와 한 쌍의 제1 및 제2 체크밸브(25,26)가 설치되고,상기 한 쌍의 분배기(16)를 연결하고 있는 냉매관은 한 쌍의 분배기(16)와 팽창밸브(23,24) 사이에서 각각 분지시키고,상기 분지된 냉매관들에는 한 쌍의 제3 및 제4 체크밸브(27,28)를 설치한 후 서로 연결시키며,상기 제3 체크밸브(27)와 제4 체크밸브(28)의 사이 및 제1 체크밸브(25)와 제2 체크밸브(26) 사이의 냉매관에서 각각 다시 냉매관을 분지시켜 각각 수액기(43)로 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 고속제상 히트펌프.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 실내측 열교환기(12)와 상기 실외측 열교환기(13) 각각의 냉매입구와 출구에 각각 가스 전용 헤더(14,15)와 액 전용 헤더(17,18)를 설치하고,실내측 열교환기의 냉매 출구측 액 전용 헤더(17)와 실외측 열교환기의 냉매 입구측 액 전용 헤더(18)를 별도의 냉매관으로 연결시키되,상기 액 전용 헤더(17,18)들을 연결하는 냉매관에는 제1 및 제2 체크밸브(25,26)를 설치하여 실내측 열교환기의 냉매 출구측의 액전용 헤더(17)와 실외측 열교환기의 냉매 입구측 헤더(18) 서로 간에 냉매가 직접적으로 흐르지는 못하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속제상 히트펌프.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 실내측 열교환기(12)와 팽창밸브(23) 사이 및 실외측 열교환기(13)와 팽창밸브(24) 사이에 설치된 한 쌍의 분배기(16)에서 분지된 다수의 분배튜브(32,33)가 액 전용 헤더(17,18)로 연결되지 않고 실내측 열교환기(12) 및 실외측 열교환기의 열교환 튜브 단부로 각각 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속제상 히트펌프.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 분배기(16)는 분배튜브(32,33)가 분지되는 쪽의 반대편으로 결합되어 있는 팽창밸브(23,24)와 제3 및 제4 체크밸브(27,28)가 설치된 냉매관으로 연결되되,제3 체크밸브(27)와 제4 체크밸브(28)의 사이 및 제1 체크밸브(25)와 제2 체크밸브(26)의 사이의 냉매관에서 각각 다시 냉매관을 분지시켜 각각 수액기(43)로 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 고속제상 히트펌프.
