Abstract
Description
상기 금속 킬레이트제의 예를 들면, 아미노 알콜 지르코네이트, 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트, 티타늄 아세틸 아세토네이트, 아미노 알콜 티타네이트, 테트라 에틸 티타네이트 등이 있으며, 유기 실란제로는 비닐계 실란, 에폭시계 실란, 알콕시계 실란 등이 있으며, 구체적으로 글리시독시 실란, 비닐 트리메톡시 실란 등이 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한, 본 발명의 금속 킬레이트제는 단독 또는 1종 이상을 혼합 사용하여도 좋다. 예를 들면, 금속 킬레이트제는 아미노알콜 지르코네이트 및 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트의 혼합물, 아미노알콜 티타네이트 및 글리시독시 실란의 혼합물, 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트 및 비닐 트리메톡시 실란의 혼합물 등을 사용할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여 바람직한 실시예를 제시한다. 그러나 하기의 실시예는 본 발명을 보다 쉽게 이해하기 위하여 제공되는 것일 뿐 본 발명이 하기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
Claims (7)
- 금속표면처리 조성물로서, 전체 고형분 100을 기준으로 할 때 수용성 유기수지로서 아크릴-올레핀 및 우레탄 혼합수지 30~80중량부, 무기계 바인더로서 실리카 10~40중량부, 방청내식제로서 바나듐 인산염 고형분 0.5~2중량부, 금속킬레이트제로서 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트 2~20중량부, 수용성 경화제로서 수분산 카보디이미드 0.5~10중량부를 조합하여 합계 100중량부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면처리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트에 대신하여 아미노알콜 티타네이트와 글리시딜 실란 혼합물로 대체 조성한 금속표면처리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴-올레핀 및 우레탄 혼합수지에 대신하여 아크릴-올레핀으로 대체 조성한 금속표면처리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바나듐 인산염 수용액에 대신하여 아마이드염 인산유도체로 대체하고 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트에 대신하여 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트와 비닐트리 에톡시 실란의 혼합물로 대체 조성한 금속표면처리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴-올레핀 및 우레탄 혼합수지에 대신하여 우레탄수지로 대체하고 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트에 대신하여 티타늄아세틸아세토네이트로 대체 조성한 하여 만든 금속표면처리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴-올레핀 및 우레탄 혼합수지에 대신하여 아크릴-우레탄 수지로 대체하고 테트라 노말 부틸 티타네이트에 대신하여 테트라 에틸 티타네이트로 대체 조성한 하여 만든 금속표면처리 조성물.
- 특허청구항 제 1 항 내지 6항에 기재된 항중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 상기 표면처리 조성물을 용융아연도금강판(GI), 용융아연-알루미늄도금강판, 알루미늄 도금강판, 전기아연 도금강판(EGI), 합금화 용융아연도금강판(GA)을 포함하는 아연 또는 알루미늄 및 그 혼합물을 도금층으로 가지는 도금강판의 표면에 도포 후 강판의 표면온도가 80~140℃가 되도록 열풍, 유도가열 또는 근적외선(Near Infrared) 방식에 의해 가열 건조,경화하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
