- 자동 조심 구름 베어링에서,복렬 궤도를 갖는 내륜,복렬로 일체이며 구형인 궤도를 가지는 외륜,상기 내륜 궤도와 상기 외륜 궤도 사이에 복렬로 들어있는 다수의 롤러,상기 롤러를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 리테이너를 포함하며,상기 외륜의 구형 궤도의 궤도면에 서로 교차하고 슈퍼 피니싱 가공(super-finishing process)에 의해 형성되는 가공흔이 형성되어 있고,상기 가공흔은 상기 궤도면의 원주방향에 대해 소정의 교차각으로 직선으로 절삭되어 있고,상기 궤도면의 표면 거칠기는 적어도 상기 롤러와 접촉하는 부분에서 축방향과 원주방향에서 실질적으로 일정하며,상기 외륜의 궤도면의 표면 거칠기는 축 방향과 원주 방향 모두에서 중심선 평균 거칠기로 0.15 ~ 0.4㎛Ra 인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 조심 구름 베어링.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,축 방향과 원주 방향에서 측정된 표면 거칠기의 차가 0.1㎛Ra 이하이며,경사도 (skewness) (Rsk) 는 -0.4 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 조심 구름 베어링.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 내륜의 궤도면의 거칠기는 축 방향의 중심선 평균적 거칠기로 0.1 ㎛Ra 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 조심 구름 베어링.

- 자동 조심 구름 베어링의 외륜의 궤도면에 서로 교차하는 가공흔을 슈퍼 피니싱 가공 (super-finishing process) 을 사용하여 형성하는 것을 포함하며,상기 가공흔은 상기 궤도면의 원주방향에 대해 소정의 교차각으로 직선으로 절삭되며,상기 가공흔을 형성하는 공정은,중심축을 중심으로 외륜을 회전시키는 단계,외륜에 숫돌을 넣는 단계,상기 숫돌로 상기 궤도면을 가압하면서, 상기 궤도면의 곡률을 따라서 상기 숫돌을 요동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 조심 구름 베어링의 가공 방법.
