Claims (6)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 디카르복시벤젠술포네이트 화합물을 ε-카프로락탐 대비 0.3~5.0몰%로 사용하여 예비중합탑에서 프리 폴리머를 제조하는 단계,상기 프리 폴리머를 중합탑으로 이송하고 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 디아민 화합물을 상기 디카르복시벤젠술포네이트 화합물 투입량의 동일 몰% 이하로 사용하여 중축합하는 단계를 포함하며,제조된 최종 칩의 물성이 황산 상대점도 2.4 ~ 3.0이고, 아민말단 함량을 40meq/kg 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론 6의 연속 중합 방법:[화학식 1]상기 식에서, Z는 Na, K, 또는 Li이고,R은 탄소수 1 ~ 3개의 알킬기이며,m은 0 또는 1이고,R'는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 ~ 3개의 알킬기이다.[화학식 2]H2N-R-NH2상기 식에서, R은 탄소수 2 ~ 12개의 알킬기 또는 페닐기이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나일론 6의 연속 중합 방법이 추가적인 중합탑에서 진공으로 점도를 상승시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론 6의 연속 중합 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체를 제조하는 단계는 마그네슘 화합물, 동 화합물 및 망간 화합물을 0.5중량부 이하로 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론 6의 연속 중합 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 화합물은 산화 마그네슘, 초산 마그네슘, 염화마그네슘 중에서 선택된 것을 사용하고, 상기 동 화합물은 염화동, 초산동, 요오드화동 중에서 선택된 것을 사용하며, 상기 망간 화합물은 염화망간, 산화망간, 초산망간 중에서 선택된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론 6의 연속 중합 방법.
