Description
Claims (7)
- 차량의 헤드 임팩트 존(Head Impact Zone)의 상측에 위치하며 크래시패드의 에어백 전개영역 상에 패드 전개부가 구비되되 상기 패드 전개부는 내측 하면의 양측으로 각각 이격된 위치에 상측으로 라운드진 라운드부를 포함하고,상기 패드 전개부와 일체로 사출 성형되며 라운드부 하측면에 밀착 결합되는 에어백 도어부; 및상기 에어백 도어부의 후방으로 연장되어 에어백 하우징과 결합되도록 연장부가 형성된 슈트부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석 에어백 도어 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패드 전개부는 하측면 중앙에 절개홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석 에어백 도어 구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절개홈은 단면 형상이“∧”형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석 에어백 도어 구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절개홈은 단면 형상이“H”형태로 성형 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석 에어백 도어 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 에어백 도어부는 라운드부의 하측면에 밀착결합되는 밀착부가 형성되되 상기 라운드부의 두께보다 두껍게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석 에어백 도어 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패드 전개부는 경질의 재질로 형성되고, 슈트부의 에어백 도어부는 연질의 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석 에어백 도어 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슈트부에는 에어백 하우징의 걸림부와 결합되는 장착홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석 에어백 도어 구조.
