Claims (9)
- 차실에 설치된 변속레버와;상기 변속레버와 변속케이블로 연결되는 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)와;변속시 상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)의 위치를 감지하는 위치감지수단과;상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)와 위치감지수단사이에 결합되어, 상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)를 조립 기준위치에 고정시키는 위치고정수단; 을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 위치고정수단은 상기 위치감지수단상에서 상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)의 조립 기준위치에 따라 슬라이딩가능토록 구비된 홀더(50)로서, 일측에 상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)와 결합되는 홀더 셋팅홀(74)이 형성되고, 타측에는 상기 위치감지수단과 결합되는 가이드홈부(72)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 위치감지수단은 변속시 상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)의 회전각도를 감지하는 센서가 구비된 변속제어유닛인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.

- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)는 상기 홀더 셋팅홀(74)과 결합부재에 의해 결합되도록 레버 셋팅홀(64)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 레버 셋팅홀(64)은 슬롯형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 매뉴얼 컨트롤 레버(50)와 홀더(70)는 고정핀(76)에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 홀더(70)에는 상기 고정핀(76)을 지지하도록 부시(78)가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 위치감지수단에는 상기 가이드홈부(72)와 결합부재에 의해 결합되도록 결합홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
