Claims (5)
- 차고 상승을 위해 차고센서(4)의 신호를 받는 컨트롤러(5)에 의해 열리는 제1솔레노이드밸브(6a)를 통해, 압축 에어가 저장된 에어탱크(2)로부터 에어스프링(3)으로 에어 흐름 통로를 형성하면서 에어스프링(3)으로 공급되는 에어내 불순물이나 오일등을 걸러 외부로 배출하는 에어드라이(6b)가 구비된 에어공급라인(6)과;차고 저하를 위해 차고센서(4)의 신호를 받는 컨트롤러(5)에 의해 열리는 제2솔레노이드밸브(7a)를 통해, 에어스프링(3)으로부터 배출되는 에어를 외부에 연통되는 배기밸브(8)를 통해 배출하도록 상기 에어스프링(3)과 배기밸브(8)사이에 에어 흐름 통로를 형성하는 에어배기라인(7) 및;험로 주행에 따른 신속한 차고 상승을 위해 차고센서(4)의 신호를 받는 컨트롤러(5)에 의해 열리는 제3솔레노이드밸브(12a)를 통해, 에어컴프레셔(1)를 통해 압축된 에어가 독자적으로 충진된 고압에어탱크(10)와 에어스프링(3)사이에 에어 흐름 통로를 형성하는 급속에어공급통로(9);를 형성한 차량용 에어 서스펜션의 긴급 차고 상승 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에어배기라인(7)은 에어스프링(3)으로부터 배출되는 에어가 흐르도록 에어공급라인(6)에서 분기되어 에어드라이(6b)의 앞쪽으로 다시 이어진 후, 상기 에어드라이(6b)의 뒤쪽에서 에어공급라인(6)으로부터 다시 분기되 면서 배기밸브(8)로 이어지고, 컨트롤러(5)에 의해 제어되는 제2솔레노이드밸브(7a)와 배기밸브(8)사이가 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 서스펜션의 긴급 차고 상승 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 급속에어공급통로(9)는 에어드라이(6b)의 앞쪽에서 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 서스펜션의 긴급 차고 상승 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 급속에어공급통로(9)는 고압에어탱크(10)로 압축에어를 유입하도록 에어공급라인(6)에서 분기되면서 고압에어탱크(10)쪽으로 만 흐르도록 일 방향 첵밸브(CV)를 구비한 에어유입분기라인(11)과, 컨트롤러(5)에 의해 열려 고압에어탱크(10)에서 에어스프링(3)사이의 에어 흐름 통로를 형성하는 제3솔레노이드밸브(12a)를 구비하면서 에어스프링(3)쪽으로 만 일 방향으로 흐르는 첵밸브(CV)를 구비한 에어공급연결라인(12)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 서스펜션의 긴급 차고 상승 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에어공급라인(6)과 에어배기라인(7) 및 급속에어공급통로(9)상에는, 각각의 에어 흐름 방향으로 만 에어가 흐르도록 첵밸브(CV)가 구비 된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 서스펜션의 긴급 차고 상승 장치.
