Claims (3)
- 회전축과, 회전축에 일체로 결합되고 둘레 방향으로 간격을 두고 복수의 피스톤실이 형성되는 실린더 블록과, 각 피스톤실에 실린더 블록의 회전에 따라 신장 행정 및 축퇴 행정을 가지며 왕복 변위하는 복수개의 피스톤과, 축퇴 행정의 피스톤이 끼워 맞춤되는 피스톤실에 접속되는 토출 포트 및 신장 행정의 피스톤이 끼워 맞춤되는 피스톤실에 접속되는 흡입 포트가 형성됨과 함께, 피스톤실이 적어도 흡입 포트에 접속될 때의 피스톤실 내의 급격한 압력 변동을 완만화하기 위하여 개구 면적의 변화를 원활하게 하는 면적 변화 완만화 수단이 형성되는 밸브판을 구비하는 액압 장치에 설치되는 밸브판으로서,피스톤실의 이동에 따라 축퇴 행정으로부터 신장 행정으로 이동할 때에, 흡입 포트의 개구를 시작하는 부분에, 간격을 두고 2개 이상의 압력 배출 구멍을 구비하고, 피스톤실의 이동 방향 상류측의 압력 배출 구멍은 드레인 배출 장소에 연통되며, 피스톤실의 이동 방향 하류측의 압력 배출 구멍은 흡입 포트에 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브판.
- 제1항에 있어서,피스톤실의 이동 방향 하류측의 압력 배출 구멍은, 피스톤실이 흡입 포트에 직접 접속될 때에 제트류가 발생하지 않도록, 피스톤실의 이동 방향 상류측의 압력 배출 구멍보다 큰 개구 면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 밸브판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액압 장치.
