Claims (10)
- 경사가 0.001~0.1데니어의 폴리에스테르 초극세사(단사 피브릴)들로 이루어진 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트 또는 그의 가연가공사이고, 위사가 0.001~0.1데니어의 폴리에스테르 초극세사(단사 피브릴)들로 이루어진 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트와 비등수수축률이 10~50%인 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트(고수축사)로 이루어진 복합가연가공사 이고, 경사밀도 및 위사밀도의 합이 220~320본/인치이고, 두께가 0.3㎜ 이하이며 중량이 70~180g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물이 조직이 평직 및 능직 중에서 선택된 1종의 조직인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물이 (ⅰ)평직 및 능직 중에서 선택된 1종의 지조직과 (ⅱ)문직의 무늬 형성용 조직의 조합으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물의 표면이 마찰재로 표면가공처리되어 경위사를 구성하는 초극세사(단사 피브릴)들이 분산 및 확산된 상태에서 서로 교락되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물.
- 도성분과 해성분으로 구성되며 해성분 용출후의 단사섬도가 0.001~0.1데니어이며 비등수수축률이 0~10%인 해도형 복합사 또는 그의 가연가공사를 경사로 사용하고, 도성분과 해성분으로 구성되며 해성분 용출후의 단사섬도가 0.001~0.1데니어이며 비등수수축률이 0~10%인 해도형 복합사와 비등수수축률이 10~50%인 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트(고수축사)를 인터레이싱에 의해서 합사와 동시에 가연하여 제조한 복합가연가공사를 위사로 사용하여 중량이 80~200g/㎡인 직물을 제직하고, 제직된 직물을 정련과 동시에 축소를 한 다음 열고정하고, 알카리수용액에서 직물내 해성분을 28~38중량%의 감량율(직물중량대비)로 용출한 다음 염색하고, 염색한 직물을 다시 열고정 함을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법.
- 5항에 있어서, 경사와 위사를 평직 및 능직 중에서 선택된 1종의 조직으로 제직하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법.
- 5항에 있어서, 직물이 (ⅰ)평직 및 능직 중에서 선택된 1종의 지조직과 (ⅱ)문직의 무늬 형성용 조직의 조합으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법.
- 5항에 있어서, 직물 표면을 마찰재가 부착된 롤러, 원판 또는 에이프런으로 문질러 표면 가공처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법.
- 5항에 있어서, 염색전과 염색 후에 직물을 120~170℃에서 전열처리 및 후열 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법.
- 5항에 있어서, 열고정된 직물의 중량이 70~180g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염물 제거용 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법.
