The present invention relates to a modified emulsion composition for road pavement containing a polymer and a thin layer packaging and anti-slip composite method for mixing and mixing it with a slag mixed aggregate, and a thin layer package and sliding of various colors by mixing a slag mixed aggregate, cement, and pigment. The present invention relates to a modified pavement composition for road pavement containing a polymer capable of preventing construction, and a thin-layer pavement and anti-slip composite method for mixing and mixing it with a slag mixed aggregate.

In general, petroleum asphalt as bitumen is widely used in various road pavements with concrete because of its excellent adhesion, processability and relatively low price. However, these asphalts were mostly dark brown or black and could not produce various colors.

In recent years, color pavement considering the harmony with the surrounding environment, such as bridge sidewalks, parking lots, bicycle paths, trails, amusement parks, etc. has become popular. For the purpose of alerting pedestrians such as intersections, schools, and crossings that need to warn the driver, such as hot spots and nightlife areas, the part of the road is colored with warning colors such as red and yellow. The scope of its use is also expanding.

The color packaging used in the prior art has been mixed with epoxy resin material and fine aggregate pigment, but such color packing is prematurely dropped due to excellent penetration of cracks and cracks due to the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between the resin material and the base material. There was a problem that occurred.

In addition, the color asphalt material used for bicycle roads, bus lanes, and the like must be maintained at a thickness of 5 cm or more, such as asphalt, so that the existing ground must be cut and rebuilt when repaired, which requires considerable cost and work time. There was a problem.

In addition, there are various problems such as partial repair is very difficult in construction because the material must be transported by heating in the plant even during small construction or repair.

In addition, the repair of the conventional asphalt pavement has been mainly constructed overlaying method with a 5cm thickness, and recently changed to the method of repaving after cutting due to the increase of the road. Therefore, environmental problems have arisen due to its processing.

In addition, general cross-linking and construction method is to use a method of constructing a separate waterproof coating and the asphalt concrete 5 ~ 8 ㎝ on the top, but because the waterproof coating material is heterogeneous with the upper asphalt concrete, adhesiveness, shear strength Problems are occurring in the back and the like, which causes the packaging to break prematurely.

In addition, when reconstructing the bridges of existing bridges, the existing waterproof coatings will be damaged during the cutting of asphalt. Therefore, waterproof coatings and ascon should be applied again, which will inevitably block the traffic for a long time. I'm doing it.

Recently, the LMC bridge paving method, which uses latex and mixed waterproof concrete for concrete, is used as the bridge pavement method for highway bridges. However, the LMC bridge paving method has a problem such as complicated construction and concrete curing time. It is difficult to apply.

In addition, in order to prevent slippage that is installed in temporary facilities such as subway perforated plates, epoxy resin non-slip construction is conventionally performed, but defects are generated at an early stage such as rigid resin sliding plates are dropped due to warpage during heavy vehicle traffic of the perforated plates.

In addition, anti-skid pavement made of slag and epoxy resin on road bends, slope sections, etc. also differ in thermal expansion coefficient from base pavement, which causes shortening of existing pavement and shorten the life of pavement. There were various problems such as being eliminated.

The present invention is to solve the above problems, the purpose is to produce a variety of colors using a colorless binder for asphalt or color, and excellent strength and water resistance and durability by the combination of the modified emulsion and slag mixed aggregate It is possible to install thin layer and anti-slip through this and at the same time, the modified emulsion composition for road pavement containing polymer that can shorten the working process and working time, and the thin-layer pavement and anti-slip composite which is mixed with slag mixed aggregate It is to provide a method.
