Claims (5)
- 주차장의 진입로에 설치되고, 차단 신호가 입력되면 상기 진입로를 차단하며 개방 신호가 입력되면 차량이 통과할 수 있도록 상기 진입로를 개방하는 진입로 차단부;상기 진입로 차단부로 입차 차량이 다가오는 것을 감지하고, 상기 입차 차량의 입주등록 여부를 판별하여 전송하는 입차 감지부;상기 입차 차량이 입주등록되지 않은 차량인 방문 차량으로 판별될 경우, 상기 차량에 탑승하고 있는 방문자에게 음성으로 방문처 입력을 안내하는 음성 안내부;상기 방문자의 버튼 입력에 의하여 방문처를 입력받아 전송하는 방문처 입력부;상기 입차 차량의 번호판을 촬영하여, 상기 입차 차량의 번호인 입차번호 이미지를 전송하는 입차번호 촬영부;상기 방문자의 방문처 및 상기 입차번호 이미지를 전송받아 입차시각과 함께 저장하고 상기 진입로 차단부로 개방 신호를 전송하는 관리 서버;상기 관리 서버에 저장된 방문처, 입차번호 및 입차시각을 방문증에 인쇄하여 방문자에게 발급하는 방문증 발급부; 및주차장의 진출로에 설치되어 상기 진출로를 차단하며, 출차 차량의 번호판을 촬영하여 상기 관리서버로 전송하는 출차 관리부를 포함하고,상기 출차 관리부는,차단 신호가 입력되면 상기 진출로를 차단하며 개방 신호가 입력되면 차량이 통과할 수 있도록 상기 진출로를 개방하는 진출로 차단부;상기 진출로 차단부로 출차 차량이 다가오는 것을 감지하고, 상기 출차 차량의 입주등록 여부를 판별하여 전송하는 출차 감지부;상기 출차 차량이 입주등록되지 않은 차량인 방문 차량으로 판별될 경우, 상기 출차 차량의 번호판을 촬영하여, 상기 출차 차량의 번호인 출차번호 이미지를 전송하는 출차번호 촬영부;상기 출차 차량의 주차 요금을 표시하는 주차요금 표시부; 및주차요금을 결재받고, 결재정보를 상기 관리서버로 전송하는 주차요금 결재부를 포함하고,상기 관리서버는 저장된 입차번호와 전송받은 상기 출차번호를 비교하여 주차시간을 계산하고, 계산된 주차시간에 따른 주차요금을 상기 주차요금 표시부로 전송하며, 상기 주차요금 결재부로부터 결재정보를 전송받을 경우 상기 출차 차단부로 개방 신호를 전송하며,상기 입차 감지부는 상기 차량이 입주등록 차량으로 판별될 경우 상기 진입로 차단부로 개방 신호를 전송하고. 상기 차량의 등록정보를 상기 관리서버로 전송하고,상기 출차 감지부는 상기 차량이 입주등록 차량으로 판별될 경우 상기 진출로 차단부로 개방 신호를 전송하고. 상기 차량의 등록정보를 상기 관리서버로 전송하며,상기 관리서버는 상기 차량 감지부로부터 전송받은 상기 차량의 등록정보를 전송시각과 함께 저장하고,상기 입차 감지부 또는 상기 출차 감지부는 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)를 이용하여 입주차량 여부를 판별하며,상기 주차요금 결재부는 비접촉식 지불 카드를 이용하여 주차요금을 결재받는 것을 특징으로 하는 무인 방문증 발급 장치.
