Claims (9)
- 폴리카르보네이트 수지 및 스티렌 수지를 함유하는 중합체 필름을 연신하여 수득되는 광학 필름에 있어서,광탄성 계수는 2.0 ×10-11 내지 6.0 ×10-11 m2/N 이며,필름면 내에서 굴절율이 최대를 나타내는 방향을 X-축으로, X-축에 수직인 방향을 Y-축으로, 필름의 두께 방향을 Z-축으로 정의하고, 각각의 축 방향의 굴절율을 각각 nx, ny 및 nz 로 정의하며, 필름의 두께를 d (nm) 로 정의할 때,3 차원 굴절율은, Nz = (nx-nz)/(nx-ny) 로 표시되는 Nz 계수가 Nz ≤0.9 의 관계를 만족시킬 수 있고, 정면 위상차 (Re) = (nx-ny)×d 가 Re ≥80 nm 의 관계를 만족시킬 수 있도록 제어되는 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,스티렌 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 20,000 이하인 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리 전이 온도가 110 내지 180 ℃ 범위인 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 따른 광학 필름, 및 편광판을 적층하여 수득되는 편광 광학 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,광학 필름 및 편광판은 광학 필름의 지상축 및 편광판의 흡수축이 서로 평행일 수 있게, 또는 이들이 서로 수직일 수 있게 적층되는 편광 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 따른 광학 필름이 적층된 영상 표시 장치.
- 제 4 항에 따른 편광 광학 필름이 적층된 영상 표시 장치.
- IPS 방식의 액정 표시 장치에 있어서:제 4 항에 따른 편광 광학 필름은 시인측 상의 액정 기판 상에 배열되며,편광판은 시인측 반대의 액정 기판 상에 배열되고,액정 셀 내 액정 재료의 특이 굴절율 방향 및 편광판의 흡수축은 전압이 적용되지 않은 상태에서 평행인 액정 표시 장치.
- IPS 방식의 액정 표시 장치에 있어서:편광판은 시인측 상의 액정 기판 상에 배열되며,제 4 항에 따른 편광 광학 필름은 시인측 반대의 액정 기판 상에 배열되고,액정 셀 내 액정 재료의 특이 굴절율 방향 및 편광 광학 필름의 흡수축은 전압이 적용되지 않은 상태에서 수직인 액정 표시 장치.
