- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리페닐렌프탈아미드계 물질은 페닐렌디아민 또는 그 유도체, 및 프탈로일 클로라이드 또는 그 유도체와의 반응에 의해 합성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 페닐렌디아민 또는 그 유도체는 1,3- 또는 1,4- 구조를 갖거나, 또는 1,3-이성체와 1,4-이성체가 혼합되어 형성된 혼합물의 형태이고, H, F, Cl, CN, CF3, OCF3, CnH2n+1, 또는 OCnH2n+1(n은 1 내지 10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 프탈로일 클로라이드 또는 그 유도체는 1,3- 또는 1,4- 구조를 갖거나, 또는 1,3-이성체와 1,4-이성체가 혼합되어 형성된 혼합물의 형태이고, H, F, Cl, CN, CF3, OCF3, CnH2n+1, 또는 OCnH2n+1(n은 1 내지 10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 프탈로일 클로라이드 또는 그 유도체는 프탈산 또는 그 유도체로부터 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 프탈로일 클로라이드 또는 그 유도체는 이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 테레프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-메톡시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 4-메톡시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-메틸이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-클로로이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-플루오로이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 4,5-디플루오로이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-프로폭시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-펜톡시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 4-메틸-5-메톡시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-헵틸옥시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 2-메톡시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-노닐옥시이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 5-플루오로테레프탈로일 클로라이드, 2-메틸테레프탈로일 클로라이드로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리페닐렌프탈아미드계 물질은 폴리[N,N'-(1,3-페닐렌)이소프탈아미드], 폴리[N,N'-(1,4-페닐렌)이소프탈아미드], 폴리[N,N'-(1,3-페닐렌)테레프탈아미드], 및 상기 고분자의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1기판 및 제 2기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 제1기판 상에 박막트랜지스터를 형성하고, 그 위에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제2기판 상에 블랙매트릭스를 형성하고, 그 위에 칼라필터층을 형성하는 단계;상기 적어도 하나의 기판상에 폴리페닐렌프탈아미드계 물질의 배향막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제 1기판 및 제 2기판 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.

- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 배향막에 광을 조사하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 광조사는 적어도 1회 이상 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제 조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 광조사에 의해 상기 액정층의 배향방향과 프리틸트각을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 액정층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 제1기판 및 제2기판을 합착한 후 액정을 주입하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 액정층을 형성하는 단계는 액정을 상기 제1기판 및 제2기판 중 어느 하나의 기판에 적하한 후 양 기판을 합착하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 폴리페닐렌프탈아미드계 물질은 페닐렌디아민 또는 그 유도체, 및 프탈로일 클로라이드 또는 그 유도체와의 반응에 의해 합성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 페닐렌디아민 또는 그 유도체, 및 프탈로일 클로라이드 또는 그 유도체는 1,3- 또는 1,4- 구조를 갖거나, 또는 1,3-이성체와 1,4-이성체가 혼합되어 형성된 혼합물의 형태이고, H, F, Cl, CN, CF3, OCF3, CnH2n+1, 또는 OCnH2n+1(n은 1 내지 10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
