- 스태빌라이저바(1)에 클램프(2)가 고정되고, 이 클램프(2)를 둘러싼 고무부시(3)가 마운팅브라켓트(10)를 매개로 크로스멤버(6)에 고정되는 자동차의 스태빌라이저바 장착구조에 있어서,상기 크로스멤버(6)의 단부 하면에서 차량 외측방향으로 서포트브라켓트(20)가 돌출형성되고, 이 서포트브라켓트(20)에 수직상방으로 상기 마운팅브라켓트(10)가 고정되며,상기 마운팅브라켓트(10)는 역U자 형상의 어퍼브라켓트(11)와, 아래로 열린 디귿자 형상의 로워브라켓트(12)로 이루어지되, 이들의 플랜지(11b,12b)가 상호 겹쳐지도록 어퍼브라켓트(11)의 내부에 로워브라켓트(12)가 위치되며, 어퍼브라켓트(11)의 호형부(11a)와 로워브라켓트(12)의 상부벽(12a) 사이의 공간에 상기 고무부시(3)가 위치되고,상기 어퍼브라켓트(11)의 내부에 위치된 로워브라켓트(12)의 양측 플랜지(12b) 사이로 상기 서포트브라켓트(20)가 삽입되며, 이 서포트브라켓트(20)의 양쪽 측벽(21) 사이에 원통형 스페이서(22)가 구비되어, 볼트(5)가 양쪽 측벽(21)과 스페이서(22)를 관통하고 그 단부에 너트(7)가 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스태빌라이저바 장착구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 어퍼브라켓트(11)와 로워브라켓트(12)의 양측 플랜지(11b,12b)들에는 동일 위치에 내측에서 함입되어 외측으로 돌출된 포밍부(11d,12d)가 형성되어 각각의 포밍부(11d,12d)들이 상호 겹쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스태빌라이저바 장착구조.
