Claims (5)
- 규소 결합된 그룹 R'(여기서, R'는 하이드록실 그룹 또는 탄소수 8 이하의 하이드로카본옥시 그룹이다)를 갖는 실록산의 중합방법으로서,실록산이 이온성 포스파젠 염기 촉매와 혼합되고 Si-R' 그룹들의 반응을 통해 Si-O-Si 결합을 형성시키면서 중축합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 포스파젠 염기가 화학식 {((R1 2N)3P=N-)x(R1 2N)3-xP-N(H)R2}+{A}- 또는 {((R1 2N)3P=N-)y(R1 2N)4-yP}+{A}-의 화합물(여기서, R1은 각각 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 그룹이거나, 동일한 N 원자에 결합되어 있는 두 개의 R1 그룹은 결합되어 헤테로사이클릭 환을 형성할 수 있고, R2는 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 그룹이고, x는 1 내지 3이고, y는 1 내지 4이고, A는 플루오라이드, 하이드록사이드, 실란올레이트, 알콕사이드, 카보네이트 또는 비카보네이트 음이온이다)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 규소 결합된 그룹 R'를 갖는 실록산과 규소 결합된 그룹 R'를 갖지 않는 사이클릭 또는 직쇄 실록산을 이온성 포스파젠 염기 촉매와 혼합하여, 규소 결합된 그룹 R'를 갖는 실록산은 중축합시키고, 규소 결합된 그룹 R'를 갖지 않는 실록산은 평형 중합시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 MDxM의 폴리디메틸실록산(여기서, M은 트리메틸실릴이고, D는 Si(CH3)2O-이며, x는 0 내지 20이다), 25개 이하의 규소원자를 갖고 규소 결합된 그룹 R'를 한 개만 갖는 실록산 중합체 및 규소 결합된 그룹 R'를 한 개만 함유하는 실란으로부터 선택된 말단 차단제가 중합 동안에 존재하는 방법.
