Claims (8)
- 임시의 축심(軸芯)을 중심으로 원목을 회전시켜 원하는 회전각도마다 원목의 윤곽을 계측함과 동시에, 계측한 윤곽 데이터에 기초하여 원목의 선삭(旋削)에 적합한 선삭축심과 선삭축심에 대응하는 최대회전반경을 산정하는 원목의 심출(芯出) 처리방법으로서,선삭축심의 산정에 이용하는 윤곽과, 최대회전반경의 산정에 이용하는 윤곽을 각각 별도로 계측하는 것으로 하고,선삭축심의 산정에 이용하는 윤곽은, 원목의 축심방향으로 적당한 간격을 사이에 둔 원하는 여러 개의 계측점으로 한정하여 정해진 지점으로 계측하고,또한 최대회전반경의 산정에 이용하는 윤곽은, 원목의 축심방향으로 거의 빈틈 없이 구분한 원하는 여러 개의 계측구역 마다 일괄하여 광역적으로 계측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원목의 심출 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원목의 양단부 부근에 각 단부마다 1곳 이상의 계측점에서, 선삭축심의 산정에 이용하는 윤곽을 계측하는 원목의 심출 처리방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 원목의 중앙부 부근의 1곳의 계측점에서도, 선삭축심의 산정에 이용하는 윤곽을 계측하는 원목의 심출 처리방법.
- 소정의 임시 중심장소에 공급되는 원목의 양단면 옆 방향에, 상호 접근·격리가 자유롭고, 적어도 한쪽 옆이 회동구동되는 좌우 한쌍의 임시회전축과, 그 임시회전축의 회전각도를 감지하는 회전각 검지기와, 임시중심장소에 공급되는 원목 바깥 둘레의 근처로서, 원목의 축심방향에 적당한 간격을 사이에 둔 원하는 여러 개의 장소에, 검출방향각을 임시회전축의 회전중심 방향을 향해 구비된 반사식의 거리검출기와, 원목의 축심방향에 대해 원하는 여러 개로 구분된 각각의 기초부 끝단측이, 임시중심장소에 공급되는 원목 바깥 둘레의 근방에 위치하는 지지축을 개재하여 축지지 되고 있으며,또한 각각의 앞끝단측에 부착 설치된 회전각 검지구와, 원목의 축심방향으로 거의 빈틈 없이 늘어서 원목 바깥 둘레에 접촉하도록 구비된 접촉요동식의 검지부재와, 각 검지부재의 요동량을 개별적으로 검지하는 여러 개의 요동각 검지기로 구성되어, 상기 회전각 검지기의 검지신호 및 거리검출기의 윤곽 데이터에 기초하여, 원목의 선삭에 적당한 선삭축심을 산정하고,또한 상기 요동각 검지기의 윤곽 데이터를 더 추가하여, 선삭축심에 대응하는 최대회전반경을 산정하는 심출 연산기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 원목의 심출 처리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 원목의 양단부 부근에 각 단부에서 1곳 이상에, 반사식의 거리검출기를 구비한 원목의 심출 처리장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 원목의 중앙부 부근의 1곳에도, 반사식의 거리검출기를 구비한 원목의 심출 처리장치.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평판상의 검지구를 부착 설치한 검지부재를 구비한 원목의 심출 처리장치.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통 형상의 검지구를 부착 설치한 검지부재를 구비한 원목의 심출 처리장치.
