Claims (35)
- (A) 카르보네이트기 및 카르복실산 할라이드기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 카르보닐기 함유 관능기를 중합체쇄 말단 또는 측쇄에 가지고, 상기 카르보닐기 함유 관능기의 수가 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×106 개에 대하여 150 개 이상인 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 함불소 접착성 재료로 이루어지는 층과(B) 층 (A) 와 친화성 또는 반응성을 나타내는 부위를 갖는 유기재료로 이루어지는 층으로 이루어지는 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 (A) 의 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체에 포함된 카르보닐기 함유 관능기가, 카르보네이트기 또는 카르복실산 할라이드기 중 어느 하나, 혹은 카르보네이트기 및 카르복실산 할라이드기의 양자인 적층체.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 카르보네이트기 및/또는 카르복실산 할라이드기의 합계수가 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×106 개에 대하여 250 개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.

- 제 7 항에 있어서, 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체가 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 식 (ⅰ) :CF2 = CF-Rf1 (ⅰ)[식 중, Rf1 은 CF3 또는 ORf2 (Rf2 는 탄소수 1 내지 5 의 퍼플루오로알킬기이다.) 이다.]로 표현되는 단량체로 이루어지는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 카르보네이트기 및/또는 카르복실산 할라이드기를 갖는 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체가 테트라플루오로에틸렌 40 내지 80 몰%, 에틸렌 20 내지 60 몰% 및 이들과 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 단량체 0 내지 40 몰% 로 이루어지는 공중합체인 적층체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 에틸렌과 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 단량체가 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 식 (ⅱ) :CH2 = CX1(CF2)nX2 (ⅱ)[식 중, X1 은 H 또는 F, X2 는 H, F 또는 Cl, n 은 1 내지 10 의 정수이다.]로 표현되는 단량체, 퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르)류, 프로필렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상인 적층체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 카르보네이트기 및/또는 카르복실산 할라이드기를 갖는 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체가 불화비닐리덴 10 내지 100 몰%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 0 내지 80 몰%, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 또는 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상 0 내지 30 몰% 로 이루어지는 공중합체인 적층체.

- 제 17 항에 있어서, 층 (B) 가 분자쇄 중에 히드록실기, 카르복실기, 카르복실산염기, 에스테르기, 카르보네이트기, 아미노기, 아미드기, 이미드기, 머캡토기, 티오레이트기, 술폰산기, 술폰산염기, 술폰산에스테르기, 에폭시기에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 관능기를 갖는 중합체 재료로 이루어지는 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 (B) 가 결정융점 또는 유리전이점이 270 ℃ 이하의 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 적층체.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 층 (B) 가 결정융점 또는 유리전이점이 230 ℃ 이하의 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 (B) 가 폴리아미드류, 폴리에스테르류, 폴리카르보네이트류, 폴리염화비닐류, 폴리아크릴류, 폴리아세트산비닐류, 폴리올레핀류, 폴리비닐알코올류, 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체류에서 선택되는 중합체 재료로 이루어지는 적층체.
- 제 1 항의 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 다층 튜브 또는 다층 호스.
- 제 1 항의 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 다층 필름 또는 다층 시트.
- 제 1 항의 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 탱크.
- 제 1 항의 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 보틀.
- (A) 카르보네이트기 및 카르복실산 할라이드기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 카르보닐기 함유 관능기를 중합체쇄 말단 또는 측쇄에 가지고, 상기 카르보닐기 함유 관능기의 수가 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×106 개에 대하여 150 개 이상인 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 함불소 접착성 재료로 이루어지는 층과(B) 층 (A) 와 친화성 또는 반응성을 나타내는 부위를 갖는 유기재료인 폴리아미드류로 이루어지는 층으로 이루어지는 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 연료배관용 다층 튜브 또는 연료배관용 다층 호스.
- (A) 카르보네이트기 및 카르복실산 할라이드기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 카르보닐기 함유 관능기를 중합체쇄 말단 또는 측쇄에 가지고, 상기 카르보닐기 함유 관능기의 수가 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×106 개에 대하여 150 개 이상인 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 함불소 접착성 재료로 이루어지는 층과(B) 폴리에틸렌류로 이루어지는 층으로 이루어지는 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 연료탱크.
- (A) 카르보네이트기 및 카르복실산 할라이드기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 카르보닐기 함유 관능기를 중합체쇄 말단 또는 측쇄에 가지고, 상기 카르보닐기 함유 관능기의 수가 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×106 개에 대하여 150 개 이상인 함불소 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 함불소 접착성 재료로 이루어지는 층과(B) 폴리에틸렌류로 이루어지는 층으로 이루어지는 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 약액 보틀.
- 제 22 항 내지 제 28 항에 기재된 성형품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 카르보네이트기 및/또는 카르복실산 할라이드기를 갖는 함불소 접착성 재료 (A) 와, 재료 (A) 와 친화성 또는 반응성을 나타내는 부위를 갖는 유기재료 (B) 를 각각의 결정융점 또는 유리전이점을 초과하는 온도에서 동시용융압출에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 29 항에 있어서, 230 ℃ 이하의 결정융점 또는 유리전이점을 갖는 함불소 접착성 재료 (A) 와230 ℃ 이하의 결정융점 또는 유리전이점을 갖는 열가소성 수지인 재료 (B) 를각각의 결정융점 또는 유리전이점을 초과하면서 300 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 동시 용융압출에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 함불소 접착성 재료 (A) 와 열가소성 수지 (B) 를 각각의 결정융점 또는 유리전이점을 초과하면서 280 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 동시 용융압출에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
