Claims (12)
- (a) α-메틸스티렌을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 A 와, 공액 디엔 또는 이소부틸렌으로 이루어지는, 수소첨가될 수 있는 중합체 블록 B 를 갖는 중량 평균 분자량이 30,000∼200,000 인 블록 공중합체, (b) 아크릴계 수지 및 (c) 연화제를, 하기 식 ① 및 ② 를 만족하는 배합비 (질량비) 로 함유하는 중합체 조성물.0.05 ≤Wb/Wa ≤2 ①Wc / (Wa + Wb + Wc) ≤0.5 ②[식중, Wa, Wb 및 Wc 는 중합체 조성물을 구성하는 블록 공중합체 (a), 아크릴계 수지 (b) 및 연화제 (c) 의 각 성분의 함유량 (질량) 을 나타낸다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체 (a) 가, (1) 중량 평균 분자량 1,000∼50,000 의 α-메틸스티렌을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 A, 및 (2) 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000∼30,000 이고 그 블록을 구성하는 공액 디엔 단위의 1,4-결합량이 30% 미만인 블록 b1, 및 중량 평균 분자량이 25,000∼190,000 이고 그 블록을 구성하는 공액 디엔 단위의 1,4-결합량이 30% 이상인 블록 b2 를 함유하는 중합체 블록 B 를 갖고, (A-b1-b2) 구조를 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상구조 (morphology) 에 있어서, α-메틸스티렌을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 A 와, 공액 디엔 또는 이소부틸렌으로 이루어지는 수소첨가될 수 있는 중합체 블록 B 를 갖는, 중량 평균 분자량이 30,000∼200,000 인 블록 공중합체 (a) 가 연속상 (매트릭스) 을 형성하고, 아크릴계 수지 (b) 가 평균 분산 입자 직경 0.2㎛ 이하로 분산된 해도(海島) 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 중합체 조성물로 이루어지는 신축성 재료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 신축성 재료의 형태가 상기 중합체 조성물로 이루어지는 필름, 스트랜드, 밴드 형상체 또는 부직포인 신축성 재료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, JIS K 6251 에 기재된 덤벨 2 호로 펀칭한 두께 1 mm 의 시험편을 사용하여, 25℃ 분위기 하, 파지구 거리 70 mm, 시험속도 20 mm/분의 조건에서 50% 신장시켰을 때의 응력이 0.8 MPa 이상이고, 또한 그 상태대로 2 시간 유지시킨 후의 응력유지율이 50% 이상인 신축성 재료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 중합체 조성물에 의해 형성되는 층과, 다른 재료에 의해 형성되는 층을 함유하는 적층체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 다른 재료가 열가소성 수지인 적층체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 다른 재료가 올레핀계 수지, 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 스티렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머 또는 스티렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머를 함유하는 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 열가소성 수지의 적어도 1 종인 적층체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 중합체 조성물에 의해 형성되는 층을 최외층으로 사용하여 이루어지는 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 중합성 조성물에, 추가로 (d) 발포제를 하기 식 ③ 을 만족하는 배합비 (질량비) 로 함유하는 발포체용 조성물.0.01 ≤Wd / (Wa + Wb + Wc) ≤0.1 ③[식중, Wa, Wb, Wc 및 Wd 는 발포체용 조성물을 구성하는 블록 공중합체 (a), 아크릴계 수지 (b), 연화제 (c) 및 발포제 (d) 의 각 성분의 함유량 (질량) 을 나타낸다.]
- 제 11 항에 기재된 발포체용 조성물을 발포시켜 이루어지는 발포체.
