Claims (25)
- (A) 필름의 표면내에서의 굴절률과 이면내에서의 굴절률의 차이가 0 내지 0.002의 범위에 있고,(B) 무하중하에 105℃에서 30분 동안 가열하였을 때의 열수축률이 0 내지 0.6%의 범위에 있으며,(C) 영률이 4609Mpa(470kg/mm2) 이상이고 또한 필름면 내의 영률의 최대치와 최소치의 차이가 981Mpa(100kg/mm2) 이하이고,(D) 필름면의 중심선 평균 조도(粗度)가 2 내지 10nm의 범위에 있으며,(E) 필름끼리의 정지마찰계수가 0.55 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 두께가 20 내지 80μm의 범위에 있는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 입자 직경이 0.01 내지 0.5μm인 제1 불활성 미립자 0.1 내지 0.5중량%와 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 1.0μm인 제2 불활성 미립자 0.001 내지 0.1중량%을 함유하고, 제2 불활성 미립자의 평균 입자 직경이 제1 불활성 미립자의 평균 입자 직경보다 큰 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 불활성 미립자와 제2 불활성 미립자가 상이한 화학종으로 이루어지는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1 불활성 미립자가 구상 실리카 입자 및 알루미나 입자로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 것인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2 불활성 미립자가 내열성 고분자 입자 및 구상 실리카 입자로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 것인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 불활성 미립자와 제2 불활성 미립자가 동일한 화학종으로 이루어지고, 제1 불활성 미립자와 제2 불활성 미립자의 분포 곡선에서의 입자 직경 피크치가 상이한 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1 불활성 미립자와 제2 불활성 미립자가 모두 구상 실리카인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 구상 실리카 입자의 99중량% 이상의 입자가 평균 입자 직경의 0.5 내지 2배의 범위에 있는 입자 직경을 갖는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도 60℃ 및 습도 50%의 분위기 중에서 24시간 동안 유지한 후에 측정한 비틀림 양(curl value)이 10mm 이하인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 소재인 폴리에스테르가 테레프탈산을 주요 산 성분으로 하고 에틸렌 글리콜을 주요 글리콜 성분으로 하는 방향족 폴리에스테르인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 소재인 폴리에스테르가 나프탈렌-2,6-디카복실산을 주요 산 성분으로 하고 에틸렌 글리콜을 주요 글리콜 성분으로 하는 방향족 폴리에스테르인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 무하중하에 30분 동안 105℃에서 가열하였을 때의 열수축률이 0 내지 0.2%의 범위에 있는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 영률이 5590Mpa(570kg/mm2) 이상이고, 필름면 내의 영률의 최대치와 최소치의 차이가 981Mpa(100kg/mm2) 이하인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 따르는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름과 평균 입자 직경이 10 내지 200nm인 콜로이드 입자 및 설폰산염의 기를 갖는 수용성 내지 수분산성 코폴리에스테르로 주로 이루어진 수지 성분을 함유하는 용이접착성 층으로 이루어지고, 당해 용이접착성 층이 상기한 필름의 양면 위에 존재하는, 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 콜로이드 입자가 구상 실리카 및 내열성 고분자 입자로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 콜로이드 입자의 평균 입자 직경(nm)과 용이접착성 층의 두께(nm) 사이에 수학식 1의 관계가 성립하는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.수학식 10.2≤(용이접착성 층의 두께/콜로이드 입자의 평균 입자 직경)≤ 3.0
- 제15항에 있어서, 수용성 내지 수분산성 코폴리에스테르가 분자내에 설폰산염의 기를 전체 디카복실산 성분에 대하여 5 내지 18mol%로 함유하고 50 내지 85℃의 2차 전이온도를 갖는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 용이접착성 층이, HLB 값이 11 내지 20인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르로 이루어진 계면활성제를 추가로 함유하는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제19항에 있어서, 계면활성제가, HLB 값이 11 내지 13인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르와 HLB 값이 13 초과 20 이하인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르로 이루어지는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제20항에 있어서, 수용성 내지 수분산성 코폴리에스테르 100중량부에 대해 HLB 값이 11 내지 13인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르 0.5 내지 50중량부와 HLB 값이 13 초과 20 이하인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르 0.5 내지 99.5중량부인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 용이접착성 층이 수용성 내지 수분산성 코폴리에스테르 100중량부, HLB 값이 11 내지 20인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르 1 내지 100중량부 및 평균 입자 직경이 10 내지 200nm인 콜로이드 입자 5 내지 150중량부로 이루어지는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가요성 디스크용 베이스 필름으로서 사용되는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 가요성 디스크용 베이스 필름으로서 사용되는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제15항에 따르는 적층 폴리에스테르 필름 및 이러한 적층 폴리에스테르 필름의 표리 양쪽 용이접착성 층 위에 설치된 자성 층으로 이루어진 가요성 디스크.
