Claims (13)
- 코크스 생성을 억제하는 유효량의 화학식 (R'Y)2P(X)R''의 포스포네이트와 열 전달 표면을 접촉시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 열 전달 표면은 크래킹 용광로의 코일 및(또는) 전달선교환기(transfer line exchanger)인, 섭씨 약 400도 내지 약 1100도인 석유 원료 물질들과 접촉하는 상기 열 전달 표면에서의 코크스 생성 억제 방법.(상기식에서X 및 Y는 산소 및 황으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 칼코겐이고,R'는 4 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬, 알킬아릴, 아릴, 아릴알킬 및 이종원자를 함유한 치환체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 이종원자를 함유한 치환체는 그 이종원자가 인 원자에 직접적으로 결합하지 않을 것을 조건으로 하며,R''은 6 내지 30개의 탄소 원자들을 함유하는 알킬, 아릴알킬, 알킬아릴, 아릴 및 이종원자를 함유하는 치환체로 구성된 군에서 선택되고, 상기 이종원자를 함유하는 치환체는 그 이종원자가 인 원자에 직접적으로 결합하지 않을 것을 조건으로 한다)
- 제1항에 있어서, R' 및 R''에 대한 이종원자를 함유하는 치환체의 이종 원자가 산소, 황 및 질소로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 코크스 생성 억제 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, R' 및 R''에 대한 이종원자를 함유하는 치환체가 에테르, 티오에테르, 아민 및 황화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 코크스 생성 억제 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열되거나 냉각되는 석유 원료 물질을 포스포네이트 내의 원소 인을 기준으로 원료 물질의 중량에 대해 0.1 내지 1000ppm의 포스포네이트로 처리하는 것인 코크스 생성 억제 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가열되거나 냉각되는 석유 원료 물질을 포스포네이트 내의 원소 인을 기준으로 원료 물질의 중량에 대해 1 내지 100ppm의 포스포네이트로 처리하는 것인 코크스 생성 억제 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 석유 원료 물질이 에탄, 프로판, 부탄, 나프타, 케로신, 경유 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 코크스 생성 억제 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 석유 원료 물질을 처리하기에 앞서서 열 전달 표면을 포스포네이트로 전처리하는 코크스 생성 억제 방법.

- 제1항 기재의 포스포네이트를 포함하는, 석유 원료 취급 설비에서의 열 전달 표면상의 코킹 억제용 조성물.
