Claims (13)
- 기판:상기 기판 상에 기둥 형상을 갖도록 형성되고, 제공되는 시료를 농축시키기 위해 상기 시료가 놓여지는 상면을 갖는 패턴들; 및상기 기판의 상면을 커버하고, 상기 시료에 포함된 용매가 증발하여 상기 패턴들의 중심부에서 시료가 농축되도록 상기 패턴들의 중심부를 선택적으로 노출시키는 개구부를 갖는 소수성 코팅막을 포함하는 시료 플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 알루미늄 기판, 스테인리스 기판, 함석판, 구리판, 실리콘 기판으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 0.05 내지 2mm의 두께를 갖는 알루미늄 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패턴들은 10 내지 1×104 nm의 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패턴들은 원기둥, 사각기둥 또는 다각기둥 형상을 갖고, 그 상면은 1 내지 3mm의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅막은 테프론(Teflon) 코팅막, PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene)코팅막, ETFE(Ethylene Fluoro Ethylene)코팅막, PCTFE (PolyChloro Tri-Fluoroethylene)코팅막 및 Cytop 코팅막에서 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구부는 100 내지 1000㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트.
- 제1 포토레지스트 패턴에 노출된 기판의 상부를 식각하는 단계;상기 제1 포토레지스트 패턴을 제거하여 돌출된 패턴들이 형성된 기판을 마련하는 단계;상기 패턴들의 중심부에 제2 포토레지스트 패턴들을 형성하는 단계;상기 제2 포토레지스트 패턴들이 형성된 기판의 표면상에 소수성 코팅층 연속적으로 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2 포토레지스트 패턴들을 제거하여 상기 패턴들의 중심부만을 선택적으로 노출시키는 개구부 갖는 소수성 코팅막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 시료 플레이트 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 패턴들은,상기 기판 상에 제1 포토레지스트막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 포토레지스트막을 상기 패턴들의 형성영역을 정의하는 제1 포토레지스트 패턴으로 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제1 포토레지스트 패턴을 식각마스크로 적용하여 상기 노출된 기판의 상면을 식각하여 10 내지 1 ×104nm의 높이 갖는 패턴들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 포토레지스트 패턴들은,상기 패턴이 형성된 기판 상에 균일한 두께를 갖는 제2 포토레지스트막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2 포토레지스트막을 상기 패턴들 중심부만을 커버하는 제2 포토레지스트 패턴으로 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 코팅막은,상기 제2 포토레지스트 패턴이 형성된 기판상에 소수성 물질을 균일한 두께를 갖도록 도포하는 단계; 및상기 제2 포토레지스트 패턴을 제거하는 동시의 상기 포토레지스트 패턴의 상부에 잔류하는 소수성 물질을 제거하는 단계를 수행함으로서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 코팅막 1 내지 1×106 nm의 두께를 갖도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 개구부는 0.1 내지 1.5 ×105㎛의 직경을 갖도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 플레이트 제조방법.
