Claims (3)
- 용선의 예비처리공정, 예비처리된 용선을 전로에 장입하여 용강으로 정련하는 전로정련공정, 전로정련된 용강을 2차정련하는 공정, 및 2차 정련된 용강을 연주 래이들에 수강한 후, 연속주조기로 이송시켜 래이들내에 슬래그와 잔탕이 남을 때까지 용강을 공급하여 연속주조하는 공정을 포함하는 용강의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 연속주조공정에서 발생된 연주 래이들내의 슬래그와 잔탕을 미리 용선을 담아 놓은 전용 래이들에 쏟아 부은 다음, 전용 래이들내의 용선, 래이들 슬래그 및 잔탕을 슬래그가 응고되어 있는 전로에 원료로서 장입한 후 취련하여 용강을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 전용 래이들내의 용선, 래이들 슬래그 및 잔탕을 전로에 장입하기 전에 승온설비에서 가열하여 용융상태로 전로에 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강제조방법
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 승온설비가 래이들 퍼니스인 것을 특징으로 하는 용강제조방법
