- 곡물 및 함초로 구성된 미용 팩 제조방법에 있어서,현미, 은행, 껍질 깐 메밀, 녹두, 검정콩, 흑깨, 들깨, 밀, 보리는 15℃의 물에서 12시간~14시간 담구고, 함초는 세척하여 5~7cm의 길이로 자르는 전처리 공정과,상기 구성물을 -40℃의 온도에서 2~3중량%의 수분함량을 갖도록 냉동동결건조하고, 100~200mesh의 입도를 갖는 분말로 분쇄하는 공정과,상기 구성물을 15,000가우스에서 철분을 제거하는 공정과,상기 과정을 통해 제조된 분말을 현미 20중량%, 은행 3중량%, 껍질 깐 메밀 8중량%, 녹두 20중량%, 검정콩 5중량%, 흑깨 4중량%, 들깨 4중량%, 밀 17중량%, 보리 13중량%, 함초 6중량%로 혼합하고 포장하여 분말형의 함초혼합곡물팩을 제조하는 공정과,상기의 포장된 팩을 통상의 감마선 조사로 멸균하는 공정과,함초건초, 루이보스 및 상황버섯의 추출액을 각각 제조하는 공정과,상기 준비된 함초건초추출액 46~55중량%, 루이보스추출액 42~56중량%, 상황버섯추출액 3~8중량%을 혼합·포장하여 액상의 천연혼합추출액을 제조하는 공정과,상기 천연혼합추출액을 통상의 감마선 조사로 멸균하는 공정과,상기 분말형의 함초혼합곡물팩과, 천연혼합추출액을 패키지로 포장하는 공정으로 이루어지는 함초가 혼합된 미용팩 제조방법

- 제 1항에 있어서 함초건초추출액의 제조공정은,함초의 부드러운 가지만을 선택하여 정수로 세척하는 과정과,상기 함초를 5~7cm의 크기로 세절하여 -40℃의 온도에서 냉동동결건조함으로써 수분함량이 2~3중량%가 되도록 하는 과정과,상기 함초건초를 추출 및 여과과정을 순차적으로 3회 반복하여 함초추출액을 제조하는 과정과,상기 함초추출액을 고형분 함량이 50중량%가 되도록 농축하는 과정과,상기 농축액을 정제수로 2배 희석하는 과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 함초가 혼합된 미용팩 제조방법
- 제 3항에 있어서, 함초건초의 추출 및 여과과정은건초중량의 5배 물을 붓고 24시간 동안 60℃~70℃의 저온에서 중탕한 후, 50mesh의 막으로 여과하는 1차 추출과정과,상기 1차 추출액을 60℃~70℃의 저온에서 15시간 중탕한 후, 100mesh의 막으로 여과하는 2차 추출과정과,상기의 2차 추출액을 60℃~70℃의 저온에서 10시간 중탕한 후, 300mesh의 막으로 여과하는 3차 추출과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 함초가 혼합된 미용팩 제조방법.
