Claims (11)
- Fe-Si-B, Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb, Fe-Zr-B 및 Co-Fe-Si-B로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 조성을 갖고 비정질인 합금을 1종 이상 포함하는 자성시트로 이루어진 RFID 안테나용 압소바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 합금은 300 ℃ 내지 600 ℃의 온도에서 10 시간 이하의 시간으로 열처리된 것인 RFID 안테나용 압소바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성시트는 Fe-Si-B, Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb, Fe-Zr-B 및 Co-Fe-Si-B로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 조성을 갖는 합금을 2종 이상 혼합하여 이루어지는 것인 RFID 안테나용 압소바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압소바는 상기 비정질 합금의 분말과 수지의 혼합물로 이루어진 자성시트와 상기 비정질 합금의 리본형으로 이루어진 자성시트가 적층된 2 이상의 자성시트를 포함하는 것인 RFID 안테나용 압소바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성시트의 두께는 0.35 mm 이하인 것인 RFID 안테나용 압소바.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 RFID 안테나용 압소바 및 안테나용 코일을 구비한 RFID 안테나.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 안테나는 그 위에 안테나용 코일을 형성되는 절연층을 포함하고, 이 절연층의 두께는 0.15 mm 이하인 것인 RFID 안테나.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절연층은 적어도 하나의 표면에 부분경화된 프리프레그 수지가 코팅되어 있는 것인 RFID 안테나.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 절연층 중 부분경화된 프리프레그 수지가 코팅된 하나의 표면에 상기 RFID 안테나용 압소바를 구성하는 비정질 합금 리본으로 이루어진 자성시트가 직접 부착되어 있는 것인 RFID 안테나.
- 제6항에 기재된 RFID 안테나가 장착된 무선 식별 기기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무선 식별 기기는 휴대용 기기인 것인 무선 식별 기기.
