Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물:[화학식 1]상기식중, n1 및 n2는 서로에 관계없이 1 또는 2이고,X는 -Si(A1)(A2)- 또는 Se이고,A1, A2, R1 내지 R24은 서로에 관계없이 수소 원자, C1-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기, C1-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 아실기, C1-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 알콕시카르보닐기, C1-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 알콕시기, C2-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 알케닐기, C2-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 알키닐기, C2-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬카르복실기, C6-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴기, C6-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 아르알킬기, C6-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 아르알킬옥시기, C2-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 헤테로아릴기, C2-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 헤테로아릴옥시기, C6-C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴옥시기, C4 내지 C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 사이클로알킬기, -N(R)(R') (단, R과 R'은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C30의 알킬기, C6-C30의 아릴기 또는 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기임), 시아노기, 하이드록시기, 카르복실기이고, 또는 R1 내지 R24중 인접된 2개 이상이 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성할 수 있다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 화학식 4 내지 18로 표시되는 화합물중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.[화학식 4][화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 7][화학식 8][화학식 9][화학식 10][화학식 11][화학식 12][화학식 13][화학식 14][화학식 15][화학식 16][화학식 17][화학식 18]
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기막을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기막이 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 가시영역의 인광 또는 형광 도펀트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 홀 주입층 또는 홀 수송층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
