Claims (7)
- 연소챔버와, 상기 연소챔버의 상부에 설치된 예비연소챔버와, 유해성분을 포함하는 피처리가스, 불활성가스, 지연성가스, 연료가스를 상기 연소챔버 내로 분출하는 연소버너를 포함한 연소식 유해물질 제거장치로서,상기 예비연소챔버는 상기 연소챔버보다 작은 용적으로 형성되며, 상기 연소버너가, 상기 피처리가스를 분출하는 피처리가스 노즐과, 이 피처리가스 노즐 바깥둘레로 상기 불활성가스를 분출하는 리프트가스 노즐과, 이 리프트가스 노즐 바깥둘레의 상기 피처리가스 중의 가연성분을 연소시키는 지연성가스를 분출하는 피처리가스 연소용 지연성가스 노즐과, 이 피처리가스 연소용 지연성가스 노즐 바깥둘레의 상기 연료가스를 연소시키는 지연성가스를 분출하는 연료가스용 지연성가스 노즐과, 상기 연료가스를 분출하는 연료가스 노즐을 가진 다중관형 연소버너이며, 상기 다중관형 연소버너는 상기 예비연소챔버를 통해 상기 연소챔버에 장착되어 있는 연소식 유해물질 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료가스용 지연성가스 노즐로부터 분출하는 지연성가스의 유속은, 상기 연료가스 노즐로부터 분출하는 연료가스의 유속과 동등 이상의 유속인 연소식 유해물질 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료가스용 지연성가스 노즐과 상기 연료가스 노즐의 선단부는, 역 V 자형상으로 형성되고, 각각의 노즐의 분출구가, 역 V 자형상 홈벽의 양변에 대향배치되어 있는 연소식 유해물질 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료챔버의 바깥둘레부에, 상기 연소버너로 도입하는 가스의 적어도 일부의 가스를 예열하는 가스예열 경로를 설치한 연소식 유해물질 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피처리가스 노즐, 상기 리프트가스 노즐 및 피처리가스 연소용 지연성가스 노즐의 앞끝단은, 상기 연료가스용 지연성가스 노즐 및 상기 연료가스 노즐의 앞끝단보다도 돌출하는 연소식 유해물질 제거장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 연료가스용 지연성가스 노즐과 상기 연료가스 노즐의 앞끝단부는, 역 V 자형상으로 형성되고, 각각의 노즐의 분출구가, 역 V 자형상 홈벽의 양변에 대향배치되어 있는 연소식 유해물질 제거장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 연소챔버의 바깥둘레부에, 상기 연소버너로 도입하는 가스의 적어도 일부의 가스를 예열하는 가스예열 경로를 설치한 연소식 유해물질 제거장치.
